I would say I have a solid grasp on the lore, and I understand that the lore changes and I will have to keep up to date on it. I have an understanding of the Application team's standards for applications as well.

 

Why you want to be an AT member? 

 

It has been a while since I have been on a staff team, and I feel it is my time to get back into the game and sub for a missing player (sports reference, YAY!). I remember back when I was submitting applications to what I thought to be the only minecraft rp server at the time, I can remember the feeling of getting accepted to a huge and friendly community. I want to give that feeling to someone else, a new player in a big community. I want to take the first step into making my positive mark on the LOTC community.

Yes, having been on the server for a few years, and an Ex AT member I understand how the whole process works.
 
Why you want to be an AT member?
Having taken a Hiatus from LoTC I was forced to quit the App Team. It was my favorite thing to-do on the server. Now that I have made a return, I would really love to make a return to the Team. At this point I do not even role play anymore, but wit in OOC, or WS chat, and just talk/help newcomers. It's what I have been doing since I've been back. I have also noticed the lack of Application Team members in WS chat, whenever I am in there. Not only do I get the enjoyment of helping someone in need, but reading the applications helps with boredom. I find it fun reading the applications, and still have done it even when I wasn't on the A-Team anymore. I was an Application Team member for over 6 months before I was forced to leave, because I had no time to read the Applications, but now I have all the time I need. Becoming an A-Team member once again, will help me find something to finally do on the server since I never role play, but chat with people. I was also on the Forums at weird hours where no other A-Team members were online, so I had all the apps to myself. When I was an active member I made it a duty to myself to keep a steady pace, and keep up with the demand, no matter if I had the time or not. Sometimes I had to check apps at school, to keep up with the pace. Thankfully I will not have to do that now having a lot more free time. I feel I would a great addition to the team, because my work hours are very adaptable. I just hope that you would accept me back into the A-Team, and I will not disappoint.

Why you want to be an AT member? I remember applying for the server last year and how hard it was. I through it was so

STupid since it took me five tries. Then I finally got accepted and was able to play! I was so happy! My hard work paid off! I fell in love with the server. Soon I started combing family and friends to play. Now, these people were terrible writers. Terrible so I offered to help them with their biography. They have me a plot and basic things they wanted and I weird the rest. Then they finished their questions and off it wen. Accepted first time, both. They no longer play on the server, one never even did after his acceptance. But I had fun writing the stories since they were intersting. Then I started reading other apps, the stories of other players who want to join. I notice their is often little effort, but they are still accepted. If I join the AT I will make sure only the ones who really try get accepted. I can't stop others, but I can try my best.

Why you want to be an AT member?: Ever since I joined LotC, I've wanted to have a position where I could help people on the server. I first tried the Event Team but that sort of flopped. So now that the Application Team is looking for members, I've come to try my hand again. I believe the Application Team can be the most important people to players of LotC, especially new ones. When someone is joining this server, the first people they most likely will ask about their concerns are either the GMs or the Application Team members. Even when someone is denied, the AT member usually puts "PM me if you have any concerns or need any help." in the denial post. I know when I first joined I had a major misunderstanding in the world LotC was in at the time, due to the outdated Wiki. But I got my bearings with the help of Everblue2er101, who I know has helped a MULTITUDE of people. Hopefully, should I get this position on the Application Team, I can do the same for the new players of the server, whether by accepting, denying and correcting, or just in general answering questions of concern. Why you want to be an At member?: Firstly, I massively enjoy reading applications, and I find it very fun to read and review apps. I have judged hundred of applications, and I have only been wrong twice with predictions for a verdict. I personally find it a tad frustrating that I can predict apps, yet I have to wait hours*(Or more recently even entire days) for an app to be judged, I think I would be able to help alleviate the workload. And I think I am able judge apps in a lore-accurate, and efficient manner.

 

Secondly, I enjoy helping new players out whenever I come onto the server, and I take an odd satisfaction in helping newer players beat old veterans.

 

Despite myself being on for a year and a half, I have no bans, and the only discredit to my name was a temp warn given by Volutional (Of which was for judging apps funny enough.)

 

Tiny note: The Application is the one and only team I wish to join, and likewise the ony team I have made efforts to join, making this my 4th application to the AT.

Do you feel you have a solid grasp on our lore and an understanding of the standards we have for applications? I believe I do as I have also helped many people get accepted to the server by explaining the lore and realm of Anthos. I am always up to date on the application process as well.

 

Why you want to be an AT member? I have always been a helpful person and I try to encourage and provide my knowledge of the server, to those who need it. I have helped multiple people with their applications to the server and every one of them has got accepted. When I say multiple I mean around 4-5 people so far and of course more to come! Being a leader in many things outside of LotC I have a natural inclination to help and provide my expertise to anyone who may be in need. I feel that being a Application Team Member is a great way for me to further help the community prosper. I also believe that that I have a good eye for knowing what an application should entail. Outside of the gaming realm I hold many leadership positions and positions that require me to be knowledgeable in many areas. I think as an Application Team Member I can further help the community by providing my work experience from real life situations.

Why you want to be an AT member?

I love helping out with the server. Ever since I joined I always thought that the AT was full of awesome people and wanted to to be part of them. I am often of the forums and love to read things. I see a lot of apps posted where people are having issues understanding a concept or lore ect. and wish to help people understand what they are doing wrong. I see too often apps getting accepted where there are some flaws in the lore, and no comment is made from the AT. I also feel that it takes quite some time for apps to get read, I would be checking the apps forum very often and be right on top of things.

Indeed I do. For a while now I have been helping close friends and even brief acquaintances on their Application progress. I'm always up to date and knowledgeable of the lore and backgrounds the Application Submissions must abide to.

 

Why you want to be an AT member?

For a good while now, I have considered myself an extremely active member of our community. On a daily basis i'd be found cleaning up the server IG of various landscarring, building various scenes for events, and my most recent and yet profound occupation, forum browsing. I find myself browsing the LotC forums for long extents of time, whether it be whilst I'm on my desktop and doing things for Anthos IG whilst checking forum activity, or just in my spare time, signing in through my phone or tablet and reviewing the latest updates and activity. However this does become rather tedious. Checking the forums for hours a day with little occupation is a rather tiresome responsibility.

 

So, as many who well know me, I have wanted to take up all that free time and attention, by devoting it to the Applications that our forums receive on a daily basis! I believe I have the knowledge and understanding, if not a better one, of any candidate for the position, and I feel myself suiting nicely to the responsibilities an Application Team Member must attend to. I would like my endless hours of forum watching to be occupied with a responsibility I feel would be taken very seriously, yet at the same time enjoyable, as I remember what it was like to apply to the server for the very first time, and would take all aspects of Application Submissions into consideration.
