This marks the first month that we have a bit of a reward for doing the most apps, Its not much and is purely just for fun but the At member who did the most apps this month gets to pick a forum appropriate display picture for me until the next month. The "winner" this month is:

As stated above Cruz had the highest app total at 83 total apps completed!

We have lost a few members in the past month and a half... most of our members are now SM's and can still do applications but I don't want to over whelm them. So we are looking to add up to two new members. Please keep reading if you would like to apply!

Why you want to be an AT member?

I've been a member for LOTC for over an year now. I want to give back to the community. I honestly think the more AT we have the better. New players are what will make sure the server will still be around a week, a month, or a year or now. I'm sure I sound sappy, but I really just want to do some good work and help out.

I feel like what we want aren't expert roleplayers and masters of literature. We need casual fun-loving decent individuals with a good grasp of the rules. As a server we have to cater to the noobs and I hope being more casual and easy going in the whitelist, while of course making sure they know their fundamental rules and definitions will make that happen. That is how I plan to help.

Do you feel you have a solid grasp on our lore and an understanding of the standards we have for applications?  I've read through our lore, and with the recent server application changes I know what the AT is looking for when accepting server applications.

 

Why you want to be an AT member? I have wanted to be on a staff team for a while now. I've seen what each team does and all the hard work they do to help out the server, and I want to take some of that workload from the other team members. I would like to be on the Application Team because bringing new players into LotC is a big part of keeping LotC alive. Though, I know that we only want people on our server that at least know a /part/ about server lore, so that is why we have the AT. I want our server to stay as a great roleplaying environment, and bringing new players in can help our server stay alive. Thanks for considering my app!

Why you want to be an At member?: Firstly, I massively enjoy reading applications, and I find it very fun to read and review apps. I have judged hundred of applications, and I have only been wrong twice with predictions for a verdict. I personally find it a tad frustrating that I can predict apps, yet I have to wait hours*(Or more recently even entire days) for an app to be judged, I think I would be able to help alleviate the workload. And I think I am able judge apps in a lore-accurate, and efficient manner.
 
Secondly, I enjoy helping new players out whenever I come onto the server, and I take an odd satisfaction in helping newer players beat old veterans.

 

Despite myself being on for a year and a half, I have no bans, and the only discredit to my name was a temp warn given by Volutional (Of which was for judging apps funny enough.)

 

Tiny note: The Application is the one and only team I wish to join, and likewise the ony team I have made efforts to join, making this my 4th application to the AT.

Why you want to be an AT member? Well, I've been playing for awhile now, ever since the ending of Asulon, ((Or Aegis I have a terrible memory)) I can't tell you the countless hours that I just sit here on my lazy butt, procrastinating and just reading Apps, for MA, VA, and White-listing APPS, it's honestly kind of fun, and I would love for me to put that time that I waste to atleast good use, I spend alot of time on LOTC and have ALOT of free time. When I first joined LOTC. Or well attempted to anyways, I barely could speak english, let alone type it. And It was apparent in my application, though I kept working at it with the help of my AT member that helped me ((everblue2er101))through all of it, the process, the english, and it really meant alot to me and I'd like to pass that onto the new members, and he also made the server.. almost easy for me and not as intimadating. Most new players are easy scared by the server, confused on what to do. I'd like to help people with that. This would be a perfect postion for me. Thanks for reading this~!

Do you feel you have a solid grasp on our lore and an understanding of the standards we have for applications? I believe I do as I have also helped many people get accepted to the server by explaining the lore and realm of Anthos. I am always up to date on the application process as well.

 

Why you want to be an AT member? I have always been a helpful person and I try to encourage and provide my knowledge of the server, to those who need it. I have helped multiple people with their applications to the server and every one of them has got accepted. When I say multiple I mean around 4-5 people so far and of course more to come! Being a leader in many things outside of LotC I have a natural inclination to help and provide my expertise to anyone who may be in need. I feel that being a Application Team Member is a great way for me to further help the community prosper. I also believe that that I have a good eye for knowing what an application should entail. Outside of the gaming realm I hold many leadership positions and positions that require me to be knowledgeable in many areas. Why you want to be an AT member? Seven months ago I came across this site and applied. After writing up an application I was accepted and I must say I have enjoyed every moment of LOTC. I have met many friends and have gotten involved in RP on both the server and the forums. It has all been a wonderful experience. But now I come across this, applying to become a AT member so I can also give a helping hand to the server in hopes that I can accept applications that meet the server standards. Yes, I feel I have a great understanding of the lore, as I've played as all the major races excluding the Kha and the Noble races.

Why you want to be an AT member?

Basically I want to assist the server. I enjoy reading apps and feel like I can properly judge an app. On top of that I am already an active person who has helped newcomers into the server. As for my FM duties I have plenty of time to do both my FM duties and to do Apps.

I believe myself to be very solid on the following lores: Magic, Aegian History, Asulonian History Lores, and really, I know a lot of all the lore. I understand the standards, and solidly accept why they'd work.

Why you want to be an AT member?
I wish to be a AT member, because new players are essential to the server. I have previous staff experience from multiple smaller servers, and believe myself experienced. I am able to do many skills which I believe leads me to have a APP for the AT here. I really want to help pull in new players, they are the new blood, they are required so that we all can spread and teach people how to RP.

If we didn't have new players, what's the point in having the server? We were all n00bs once. Therefore, why discriminate against them? Hell to it! We should be trying to help them with their apps! This is why I wish to apply, and I believe I can do a good job.

Of course, myself having been in some of the main factions on the server, such as the undead, and now a antagonist, I have fully immersed myself in the lore of the server. I am entirely aware, and knowledgeable of the standards that we, being the server, hold so dear in the applications we receive.
 
Why you want to be an AT member? Well, how corny it may sound, I actually take significant interest in the views, methods and ways of prosperous new members of the community, a force of habit for me to read over the applications daily. I hold it dear to my heart to aid the server in any way, and what better way to use my experience in the two plus years that I have been here, and to employ it to successfully process and aid people in the application process to this server. 

 

One of the other driving forces that fuel myself.. is simply my activity. I am on the server everyday, for hours each day. I am always on the forum, monitoring it, reading over the new posts. I can easily dedicate hours each and every day to commit toward the community.
