1. Go to any Oren Government Official, they will ask you the necessary questions and fill it out for you or send you to someone who can.

Conduct and Protocol

 

You may be ordered to have your papers reviewed at any time by any Law Enforcement official. If someone asks to see your papers, you may in turn request to see theirs. Any false information on identification papers will be considered either perjury or treason depending on the severity, and will merit a punishment of no less than a 250 minas fine and no more than banishment from Oren controlled lands. Law Enforcement officials have the right and duty to expel any person from Oren controlled lands if their papers deem them a dangerous or unhealthy individual. If you have a complaint or believe you have been treated unfairly, contact a Government official.
