Have you ever roleplayed before - if you have, how?: - No I have not, though I think I will find it very intriguing.

 

Have you been on any other roleplaying servers?: - Not yet.

How did you hear about us?: - My friend referred this server to me, his in-game name is Draeren.

 

What do you think the server will be like? - An immersive fantasy world where I can progress my character and pick up some new tips about role-playing, as well as have some fun in general.

 

Have you read and agreed to the rules?: - Yes, I have.

 

What’s your favourite rule / the rule you agree with the most?: - The rule that states that you must both agree to combat or role-play up to combatting/PvPing. The reason I call this rule my favorite is because it allows you to not have scattered PvP fights where everyone dies randomly, just like a factions server; and it adds a fair advantage to enjoying your time rather than restarted your 'journey' every five minutes.

This is simply so that we can get an understanding of how much you know about roleplaying. Feel free to Google the answers, but make sure that you write the reply in your own words, not another website / person's!

What is roleplaying?: - Pretending to be someone or something else; something that will most likely never happen on an everyday basis. To go into a different land, like a fantasy, a myth; to experience the unknown at your will, any time, whatever the cost may be. You get to do whatever you want, just like a dream. You get to "role-play" as whatever you want, an imaginative world of wonder.

What’s metagaming?: - Metagaming is using out-out-character context to get an unfair advantage in-character through means of Skype, team-speak, etc. Basically using knowledge that your character has not received through roleplaying to your advantage.

What’s powergaming?: - Powergaming is when you don't allow someone to write a proper response to your emote, and/or something ridiculously impossible that they would not be able to be involved in or prevent said role-play.

In-Character Information

Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

What’s your character called?: -  Joseph Eleanor (Joe for short, and when writing he goes by J.E.)

What race are they (and sub-race)?: - Human, Northerner.

What sex are they?: - Male.

How old are they?: - 23

Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family (Include server lore when writing): - Joe grew up to be a pacifist and to hate war, but he quickly changed his thoughts on that when he went hunting for the first time. Even though he dislikes war, he loves the enjoyment of practicing his bow and trying to raise his sword fighting skill to the utmost skill possible. In his later life, Joe hope to become a well-known traveler and explore new places that he has never gone to before. Joe loves to obtain souvenirs from his travels, and in the future he plans to make a collection out of all of them some day. Joe hopes to live to an old age, and try to be out of the ordinary, and unique from others. 

What are they like (personality)?: - ​Joe is a kind, gentle, and a graceful fellow.

What are their ambitions?: - Joe's ambitions are to become an excellent archer, as well as a traveler of great and far lands. He hopes to see every city in Anthos

Do they have any special skills?: -  Joe is a decent archer, as well as an amazing swordsman. He strives to become more skilled with the bow, and become a professional dueler.

What are their weaknesses?: - Joe's weaknesses is seeing the destruction of cities and the elimination of many races at once. (major war) He prefers peace within the world, but he like to venture and hunt wild animals for his own sanity and enjoyment.

Give us a description of how they look (not a screenshot yet!)?: - He commonly wears a suit with a black hat, but you may see him without his hat every now and then. He loves fancy outfits, and you will most likely always see him with one on. 

Anything else you want to say about them?: - Joe wants to be friends with all, even though it is very unlikely. He will treat you as you treat him. Plus, he hardly likes to start fights since he despises mutual conflict against him when it can be prevented.

-It makes little sense for a skilled hunter to dress up like a dapper gentleman

-Your minecraft skin is a fair bit too modern. As this is a medieval minecraft server. Possibly get some black noble finery to substitute it - yet still keep the point?
