I'll be more than happy to help build. I am rather active in my own time, and planning is always good. Contact me if you need any help.

I agree with the necessity of an inn and a burrow size limit. Make it a certain square blockage or something, imo.

Ok, so I'm starting up my halfling char again, so I mine as well suggest something. My opinion is hardly relevant though, as I can't build for ****, and everyone else has played their halfling char more than me. I liked all the detail put into Lenfarthing, and that is what made it so beautiful. There truly wasn't a bland spot to see in Lenfarthing, everywhere had something nice to look at. I understand this town will be built without creative mode, and is only temp because of 4.0 around the corner, but still try to cram some detail in. Any ways, I am starting up Bally again if anyone remembers him, and will gladly help build(even though I am terrible).

I haven't built much yet but it seems like everyone is picking at it and we have a rough plan. Size limit, cozy communal feel and expanding only as needed are great ideas. I say we just sorta pick at it at an enjoyable pace. It's only temp so we can experiment.

That's actually a really great idea. We can experiment. If the elders/leaders had something they had wanted in Lenfarthing, or wanted to try something way back when at the beginning of 3.0, this is the perfect opportunity for them to see how it would fit with a halfling town.

I'd just like to comment that I really dig the size and aesthetics of the current burrows (most of them, at least). If the burrow is for one person, that's all the room you need. Not only do small, cozy burrows fit with the lore of the halflings, but it's good to have people want to leave their home because it leads to more RP around the town and less house-fiddling (which I enjoy some of, nonetheless).
