Nature of the bug: Chickens don't reproduce

First occurrence: 5:11pm CST 1/12/14 Sunday

Describe exactly all the actions you took leading up to the bug: I fed chickens Seeds

What messages are/aren't you getting that you would/wouldn't get normally : N/A

Frequency of occurrence: I have done it several times, chickens don't reproduce every time.

Are you able to reproduce the bug: Yes
 
No master or subregions are present.
 
I am in an area marked: 
Region: world_anthos_region_backup (type=cuboid, priority = -5)

I have fed chickens here before and they made baby chickens (with seeds).
Now however...
1) It makes the reproduce noise
2) No baby chicken appears
3) An experience nugget appears and I can pick it up

You're probably not looking at the right region...If you're in schattenburger then it's probably that they are turned off

How many chickens do you have in the area?

 

Gotta go hit the hay now so I suggest making sure you don't have over a certain amount of mobs in one area, there's safeguards in place [as far as I know] that prevent such.

This is actually happening at stables. My cows, horses, pigs, chickens have been doing this as well Freya. Its kind of dishearting when we waste carrots now.

Alright, must have been the cap, its working now but with less chickens than before.  Maybe some farm near me upped their chickens as well or something.

I would like to explain the heat map makes it so it works for non hostile mobs.  So they won't spawn unless you are out of an rp hub.
