Purpose

 

In order to improve lives of poor peasants in native lands of Ruska, will be taking on apprentices and finding jobs for homless peasants. Guild is based in Kralta and will expand into Oren if proved successful.

 

Since passing of fat-man Toveah Goldman, business ventures of Oren as whole have made falling. Poor strelts have been displaced or found jobless, so they turn to silly banditry and pissing selves with alcohol. Guild will help feed peasants and find them jobs.

 

• Aid people with finding job
• Buying of shops within commercial district for guild members
• Finding apprenticeship for trade
• Feed poor, homless strelts in times of war, famine, and donate to kind of churchy
• Contact established guilds and send peasants to them for work and trade
• Help make education for children

Getting a Job

 

Getting job in guild requires following of guild rules. Bandits will be made rid of, but not same as mercenary. Job can be found mainly in farming fields, but will make finding of trade guild if wishing to be apprentice or journeyman.

 

Rules

 

Members will be made to follow law. Trickery bad for business and reputation. Cooking stones in bread, or cheating man when making shoe will be punished by boot to ass. Men expected to make follow of good-law.

 

Protection

 

• Sickness protection
• Horse and food when travelling
• Help with funeral expensive of family
• Help make pay of rent and tax
• Guild will bring hammer down on bandits who make attacking on members

 

Trade Guild and Merchant Guild

 

Purpose of guild is to gather peasants, find jobs, and set prices. Work is not specialized, just helps dumb-dumb peasants. If looking for specialized trade, like blacksmith, will send to blacksmith guild. If no guild is present for trade, like cobbler, will help you find place in guild and make posters for business.

Anyone making wish to join guild can find Yeshil Nasser in city of Kralta. Look for only dark-skinned man in Oren. Is hard to make missing. Come with idea of goals and will help to find place for you.

The OOC purpose of the guild is to get people interested in jobs, role-playing as a normal peasant, and stop raiding for money by creating jobs. There will be incentives to making this decision, such as horses, carts, and helping buy shops to use for trade.

Vassily goes to have Pyotr write him a letter... He then remembers Pyotr is a martyr now. He does to one of his few learned cousins to write him a letter. It arrives at the headquarters of the guild.

 

"Privej, and a trinity of blessing on you, for each patron! It is in my own interest that I join this "guild" you create to better Ruskan and Raevir society. However, it must be important to note that if this is indeed a Ruskan society, it should follow Ruskan tradition. As such, it should be the Ruskan Merchant Sovetski, as this is more befitting its title and would be the first Trade Sovetski in many hundreds of years!
