Changing My Vip Content [Ilegal Vs The Law]

Hello people of Lord of the Craft,

When I first donated in August 2011, I never agreed to a policy nor I never paid for a " VIP Package" that would change in the next 3 years, I donated for the following things :

First,

I never got a notice that my VIP package would change and during the year of 2011-2012 it even UPGRADED.

Second,

The TOS when donating never stated that the perks would change at any moment without notice.

Third,

I never did  the act of "donating", I paid to LOTC as "Goods and Service" because at the time, it was handled by Availer direcly.

Finally,

The point is as an old member, I that never "DONATED" but paid for "GOODS AND SERVICES" that changed throught a long period of time without notice.

The staff get rid of VIP perks and then wonder why people don't donate half as often as in the past.

I think they eventually added a thing that says they have the right to change it, but they'd repeatedly changed it long before that.

You do realize that three of these plugins no longer exist right?

You donated to the server and received benefits because of it.

There are plenty of communities that give you nothing for donating, because that's exactly what it is... A donation of money.

I know for a fact that it has always been a donation system and never once has it ever been a "Paying for goods and/or services".

The heads, a.k.a the admins, are in their right to change the VIP perks whenever they see it is needed.

Just in case you needed it;

I am sorry if this offends or comes off as being quite the pain, but it is silly to make a thread like this.

Sky, you joined in august 2012, how do you know how it was back in 2011  ?

I payed Availer in goods and service because he didn't care and I didn't have the option to send it as a donation.

The ToS and the policy you agree when joining and donating , never stated the perks would change.

Nice try m8.

This seems like a written confirmation that these donations are subject to change. Also, we must think about this logically as well. Clearly the donation perks that existed in early Aegis are in no way comparable to the ones that exist now. minecraft has changed, the server has changed. So, now let's go over the perk grievances you have.

Full VIP- Still exists

Donator Distinction- Also still exists in fact if you donate enough you get an IG plaque

LWC- Still exists

Craftbook- Still exists

One NPC- Was found to cause way too much lag

Shops- Yep still exists

/SetSoul- Has been replaced due to the existence of soul pillars. Also, that original plugin no longer exists.

So now either you are upset about the fact that your tag is grey instead of green, you no longer have an NPC, or you can no longer /setsoul anywhere you want. All of these seem like rather trivial matters and the core of Iron level donations has stayed largely the same since you were a player on this server. Notice was given that perks were changed via forum announcements. If you were too inactive to view these then that's not our problem we're not  going to email everyone. Finally, goods and services is too vague a term to effectively understand. You need to elaborate on what you mean if you wish to work something out with the GMs.

You are one hell of a guy ? You don't get anything.

Full VIP- OF COURSE IT STILL EXIST MR.OBVIOUS.

Donator Distinction- I don't even have my forum title, I donated in august 2011, some of the staff are lazy...... (I asked multiple times)

LWC- It still exist ? WOW OMG ( Coal VIp could use it)

Craftbook- Still exists, I can't make pots, I could

Shops- Gold vip only

/SetSoul- Soul Pillars don't even work anymore, will take 1-2 months to fix as usual

I would ask you to find out the difference with a donation and purchase. it is a donation you are giving to the server not a purchase yes they will change as the server changes the server is very different from when it was back than

The GMs have deemed that the donation is no longer relevant and/or outdated and thus it expires. Though would you care to respond to the rest of my post? And honestly I don't care whatever back room deal you made with Availer, he's no longer head admin and if you didn't even donate to the server but did some sort of ambiguous goods and service then I question why exactly you are a VIP.

I did not donate, I paid as a service and goods. Legally I paid for the perks and never donated.

ex·pire
ikˈspīr/
verb
gerund or present participle: expiring
1.
(of a document, authorization, or agreement) cease to be valid, typically after a fixed period of time.

NO way it means changing.
