The Mournful are a Chapter of Elsillumiran. As a branch of the High Elven military, they abide by a command structure. First of all, they abide by the commands of the triumvirate followed by the Okarir'tir, Lord Commander of the Sillumiran, then Tiliruir'tir, followed by the Mournful's very own commander, the Tilruir'sil.
