Death Of Dmitri The Loved

It was a rainy day, the ground was trampled, mud was flying everywhere, curses were spit and men were falling down as they died. Within the packed group was Dmitri, he was simply following orders; Too Charge or be killed. It was outside the city gate of Vekaro where Dmitri's body could be found, with his arm torn off by a sword and an arrow pierced through his neck, Dmitri's dying eyes were blankly staring up to the sky, his intact hand still clenched about his blade as he sputtered blood, and simply says,

"I f*cked up."

His eyes then close and his head drops, thus ending the life of Dmitri the young boy of Flotsam

3 of Horen's Welcome, 1439-1456, 16 of the First Seed.

Dmitri, born in Flotsam, was raised by his fellow peers, such as Wilfriche Buron and Vlasdislav. Enlisted into the Abresi Watch for a sense of Duty, soon left afterwards. Led a Warparty to reclaim the lands of his ancestors, the Dreadfort, first decisive victory in his life. Enlisted into the Order of Stranniks, for his war valour and connections with the leader, Fredek Royce, he was promoted quite fast, and achieved the acclaimed rank of Borsa-Strannik. As a commandant he led successful attacks during his enemies in the Zionist war. Died in charge in attempt to reclaim Vekaro along with his men. Had no extended families and nothing else to his name, another soldier added to the kill-list!

Raigeki spots the young boy Dmitri infront of Vekaro, taking note of his youth. He makes the sign of the Lorraine Cross and, (if the body hasn't been taken already. If it has void the rest) lifts Dmitri's lifeless body up with the help of a few of his brothers.

Later in the hour, a grave is made with a cross. There are a few silent prayers amongst the Lucienists that accompanied Raigeki before leaving Dmitri to rest.

Voron observes Raigeki's respect to the fallen corpse of Dmitri. He too traces the Lorraine Cross upon his tabard.
"May the Creator treat him well in the Seven Skies."
