Have you been on any other roleplaying servers?: -  Yes, but they were not ACTUAL roleplaying, people were allowed to roam freely without any sort of character and unknowing how to roleplay.
Have you applied to this server before? (Please link past applications): -  No I have not.

How did you hear about us?: -A few old friends speaking about the server, and I decided it would be a good idea to join and roleplay along with them.
What do you think the server will be like? - An adventure with plenty of people that are not newbies to roleplay.
Have you read and agreed to the rules?: - You bet your sweet bottom.
What’s your favourite rule / the rule you agree with the most?: -  All of them are well thought out but I'd have to say the rule of no OOC racism and no metagaming / powergaming

Definitions

What is roleplaying?: - The act of taking on a persona and living their life out through writing.

What’s metagaming?: - When a player uses what THEY know but the CHARACTER doesn't know and make it so they have somehow obtained that information for them to have the advantage. Poof, abracadabra. I know your secrets, hurrhurr.

What’s powergaming?: - When a player uses their character to do things that they should not be allowed to do, such as being an immortal flying ****** canoe.

In-Character Information

Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

What race are they (and sub-race)?: - Human

What sex are they?: - Female

How old are they?: - 18

Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family (Include server lore when writing): - She was raised by her mother who was obsessed with religion and was a control freak, attempting to force Valeria to live how she ordered. Valeria, being an independant spirit tried to resent her mother and do what she actually wanted to do. She left her home to live freely.

The night before Valeria had run from her home, her mother told Valeria about the fate of her father. Valeria's mother had always told her that her father had been a brave hero that gave his life to save many people, but she revealed the truth that he had run from the family, which Valeria assumes is because of her mother's insanity. Her mother then told her that she was going to force her to become a nun/monk/insert religious term here. Valeria tried to get her mother to bestow upon her one final chance before being forced off to the monastary, but her mother raised her voice at her until Valeria had to raise her own, her anger getting control over her. Her mother struck her hard on the head and kicked her down, beating her with a nearby broom's handle.

Her mother paid no mind to her daughter being half-unconcious on the ground after she had finished, merely telling her that next time she shouldn't question her mother. When Valeria awoke, she had remembered what had happened. She had remembered being beaten. She had remembered what actually happened to her father. She remembered that her mother did not care. She had gathered all of the food she could and set off into the late night. When Valeria's mother awoke, she was gone. And she then, too, remembered what she had not known. Why her husband had gone.

Valeria made her home in the kingdom of Alras, however is known to travel wherever she wants on a whim. She doesn't have much planned out, but she makes her career as a traveling bard and adventurer, bringing music and creativity along with her where she goes.

What are they like (personality)?: - Valeria is kind to those she meets, and quite brave as well. The only hole in her personality is the fact that sometimes that kindness can vanish quickly if something sparks her anger. Her anger, once ignited, is hard to control like a wild forest fire. Besides for that, she's quite friendly and has a good sense of humor.

What are their ambitions?: -  To be free, and never be controlled again. Also, she wants to be a bard and adventurer. She sure can play a lute.

Do they have any special skills?: - As seen above, she sure can play a lute

What are their weaknesses?: - Her anger issues as well as her family.

Give us a description of how they look (not a screenshot yet!)?: - She has long blond hair, going down her back and body. She wears a brown stitched up corset along with blue pants and small apron. She wears large brown boots as well.

Anything else you want to say about them?: - Just don't piss her off and she'll be your best friend.
