Knockout Plugin

The knockout plugin seems to have trouble... killing people. I got knocked out from fall damage and a Teuton tried to execute me. He tried using the /revive command and it didn't work. Then he waited for me to die from losing consciousness. I stayed alive for a long time, I wouldn't die. Then 3 more Teutons showed up and clicked me while I was knocked out, which caused me to get knocked out. They couldn't execute me again. So they knocked me out again while I was knocked out again. Then, after failing to execute me again, they couldn't knock me out again. Finally, one of them managed to execute me.

 

There is either a serious problem with the knockout plugin, or the Teutons are worse at PvP then I thought . Is there a reason why players are unable to execute or revive others, and why players can be knocked out while already knocked out?

probably a corpseregistry error. The bug report from would have helped me here because now I don't know when it happens or if it happens every time.
