One could see a new pamplet posted on notice boards all over the Fringe. It is about the last will and heritance of Silus Iullius Horen. A simple list, no fancy speeches, merely regulating what he leaves behind as it seems...

"I, Silus Iullius Horen, by my will for the case of my passing I decree following...

The sum of 12,000 Minas shall pass on to my children, Crius, Ilaustius and Acquilina at 4,000 Minas each.

Furthermore my private iron reserves, lapis, obsidian, redstone, emerald, coal stores, including seventeen coins of  the Master Thieves Guild, a giant Spider Fang, Cockatrice feathers shall go to the Lord of House Horen, to support his rulership.

I decree that the assembly hall I constructed in Kaldonia shall also be transferred to the Lord of House Horen, to make further arrangements with the Lord Steward if appicable.

With Lord of House Horen I do not mean you, Henry.

...

To the Mali'aheral I leave an assorted collection of books, about magical and technical nature mostly, including three books of Lucion Sullas. The books will be brought to you by my third man.

Furthermore I leave the Mali'aheral my Steam Golem Triarch, together with maintenance instructions and tools for repairs and disassembly.

...

To my friend Dared Starbreaker I leave my Steam Golem Diadoch, together with maintenance instructions and tools for repairs and disassembly.

Furthermore he shall receive copies of the plans how to construct the Steam Heart, schematics for the construction of further Steam Golems, should he see fit. This includes copies of all prototype and outdated plans.

...

To the young Steelwall I leave three sets of my fine engineering tools, my whole compendium of plans and schematics, including Steam Heart, Steam Golem, Commando Panel (draft/experimental), Fuel Cartridges, the recipe on how to create Dragon Iron, the plans for the Superforge, originally received by Lark Steelwall, instructions on how to craft the fine engineering tools, their use and many, many, many tables with calculations, formulas and numbers required  for fine engineering.

This is precise work, young man, take your time to study it.

...

To the Empire of Oren I leave my Steam Golem Archon, together with maintenance instructions, tools for repairs and disassembly and two whole bodies of backup parts, should any major damage occur which requires total replacement of a part.

...

To every library which exists in the Fringe, I leave behind the plans on how to construct the Steam Heart, the probably most efficent Steam Engine there currently is.

...

Most of my will is going to be carried out by my third man, Novtorn IV. Stonefire. You are free to send him a note regarding my leftovers if you have questions. I have complete confidence in his reliability."
