[Grand King's Edict] A Final Resolution

*Gilded posters produced by the likes of a Dwarvish printing press are slathered upon the walls of the Grand Kingdom's territories, each bearing a wax mark of the Grand King's seal embroided at its base. The Dwarves distributing these posters seem to be plentiful, each bearing their own mask.*

"It is by order of the Grand King, Midgor Ireheart, that a final conclusion to this plague is met. The means to an end of the this catastrophe known as the 'Black Foot' plague has made itself visible by means originally avoided to prevent devestation in the population. These means are those of 'culling' the persons with plague. However, the Grand King, although reluctant, has passed this motion that was once practiced by the Teutonic Order in Asulon during the Great Pleague of that time.

We are to kill the plague, in all its literal means. Let no being bearing the plague be allowed to live, for it may influence furthur spreading! This is to remain in effect until another more pacifistic solution has been created, such as the Dwarvish cure prototypes.

Thus far the effects of the Culling have proven effective and left the nation in a stronger state than it has been prior to the plague's full spread.

Akyth'Brathmordakin, Kinsmen!"

Milo shifts his weight onto his staff as he reads over the poster, beginning to frown. "I'd expect something' like this from Oren, but not from the dwarves..."

Damien Basileus purses his lips at his desk as he reads the notice by the new Grand King. "I wonder how long it will take for the dwarves to ascertain a King who was not punted in the head by a mule as a child."
