Nirvana-nevermind, also almost anything at all.

Phoenix- Wolfgang Amadeus, not the old ones or the news ones, they showed true talent in that album.

Two door cina club- classic indie rock band that combines electronic with rock.

Foals- holy fire, has one of their best songs like inhaler and out of the woods.

Arctic monkeys- also pretty much everything although like their garage/indie rock days better.

The Strokes- the classic of all indie bands I pretty much like angles and is this it.

Bombay bicycle club- probs my all time favorite I have every singe one of their albums I pretty much like their older music

Cage the elephant- uh shake me down and melphobia.

Dang, I'm surprised at the taste of your guys' music, not bad not bad.

 

Recently I've been listening to a lot of The Killers (check out Battle Born - the song, not the album, and of course A Dustland Fairytale) and Keane (can't decide if I like Hope & Fears or Under the Iron Sea better). The drum solo in Assassin by Muse is also freaking wonderful, Exogenesis is a 3 part symphony by them and it's awesome.

 

Also been writing my own music with a friend lately, I might post some soon!
