With the recent change of continents and the new settlement of our race here is the official statement from the Elder Fumble Willlowbottom. 

Our new settlement's surrounding area is known as The Hamlet whereas our town is (temporarily) known as Shortwood. Currently we are undergoing construction with the mill and inn close to being finished, the animal pen area done, and the farms planted. We are moving back to the Elder system that was in place during our older settlements. Currenlty only two governmental figures exist, those being Sherrif Thimble and Elder Fumble. They are doing the best they can to work out our new village but we need all hands on deck. We must elect the new elders from this list of canidates.
