How Do I Get Those Cool Banners As My Signature?

On the forums I have noticed a lot of people have those cool Banner things as there signature where they have like there Race or there Rank and things. And I was wondering, how do I get one? and how would I get one that said 'Human' and 'Warrior' Help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
