How did you hear about us?: - A friend told me about this really awesome minecraft roleplaying server and said to sign up for it.

What do you think the server will be like? -  I think it will be really awesome and fun!

Definitions

 

These terms are a major part of the server and in a few of our rules. Please define them so that we can get an understanding of how much you know about roleplaying. Feel free to Google the answers or check on our wiki, but make sure that you write the reply in your own words, not those of another website or person!

 

What is roleplaying?: -  Roleplaying is playing as a role or a person just like how you would in real life.

 

What’s metagaming?: -  Using OOC information Icly or using 3rd party applications such as skype or teamspeak to share information which as not be shared in game first.

 

What’s powergaming?: -  Powergaming is not allowing someone to roleplay such as /me unsheathes a small knife from his belt as he thrusts it into the enemy with full force. That is powergaming because you didnt give your opponent the chance to react as you pulled out your knife. Powergaming could also be if I rply took out a knife, I would have to have a knife item or a sword in minecraft to represent it.

Give us a highlight of their past, What life events make your character the person they are today? This is your character's biography. It is also required to include server lore when writing. (Names of towns, major server events, ect. Most lore can be found on our wiki.): -  John lived with his mother and his father in a small house with one bedroom in the realm of Thales in the city of Tempem. Many different races and people live in the city so John always had someone to play with. John was a very happy little boy during his early childhood. Not so much his late however. In Johns pre teens his father had gone into a large amount of debt.he name was Doran Ulric, the man with a broken left arm. He was the tax collector of the city and He was a nasty man, horrid with no mercy for others. A lonely man on the inside and outside. No family members that most people knew of. He would strip you of your titles and land if you couldn't pay. Johns father Estrick owned a lot of money to Doran. The house was going to be taken from us making us live in the slums with the dogs, scouring for any food on the streets. Johns father would not step that low and make people degrade him because of that. In which Johns father though would be a good idea would have been to kill his whole family and then himself. So on the night of April 24th, Doran had come to the door. Johns father answered it and realized his fate. Doran told Johns father that he had not paid for a long time and they would be kicked out of their house onto the streets. After that moment Johns father sat motionless at the table for a good hour. He then got up took a butchering knife from the kitchen and went into Johns mothers room. He walked up to slowly with the knife hidden. He began to break down in tears as he quietly said " Please forgive me, Mary". Johns mother Mary, looked at her dearly loved husband with a discrete look, when before she could react had a butchers knife in her throat as blood began to slowly pump out, her limbs going weak as the body hits the floor. Johns father an emotional wreck turns around and begins to walk to his sons bedroom but discovers his son staring at him in the doorway, with the knife in his hand. The father was cry and sobbing, with snot running down his face as he looks at the son. He didn't have the heart to kill his son, but to only take his own life. Johns father takes the butchers knife as he puts it to his neck sliding it across as a fine cut is show in his neck with blood oozing out of the neck as the lifeless body hits the ground. You could only imagine Johns reaction to his parents. John only being 13 years old left the house and went outside, sitting on his front step. Sobbing hardly as he begins to run. John runs until he can run no more. John being exhausted ,emotionally unstable and incoherent takes shelter from the pelting rain in a small stable a little ways out of town. As the years go on John lives on trying to not remember that fateful night. He sworns revenge on the man who made his father do what he did. To survive John turns into a petty thief mainly stealing bread from the baker for food and small valuable items just to make way, still living on the streets. John now 17 believes he could do more than what he is doing now and stores up for a while, earning as much currency as he could. John one day plans to move out of the city and join the army, fighting in a heroic battle. However deep inside really all John wants to do. Is forget.

 

What are they like? (personality): - Ambitious, will do anything to win. Has a very deep dark side. 

 

What are their ambitions?: -  Joining an army, to meet a girl and to forget the past.

 

Do they have any special skills? What are their weaknesses? (Try to list a few of both): -  John is not very good at combat but can keep his own as he has had to do many times while stealing things. However John is very sensitive to anything about his parents if anyone mentioned anything about them he begins to build a a deep dark emotion.
