Newdawn In 4.0 As Antag

Okay a while back i was part of a group known as NewDawn who were trying to start a revolution and i eventually became leader of it, i was thinking that since they have not been heard from in a while maybe they could be 4.0's Antag and have another cool thing (The ability to ride dragons) this would mean that a new plugin would be needed on the server. I know i have not provided much information in this thread but i am extremely tired at the moment and can't really think straight.

You should probably think this through a bit more and get yourself a proper group of followers and supporters before you publicly suggest this. Currently I definitely don't see this happening.

4.0 already had an antag that's been planned by some admins and a few of the older players. Sorry! I'm sure your group can return however just without the tag of '4.0 antag' and the ability to ride dragons.

Sorry, that came off as a little rude. Anyways, onto being serious. Player-driven antagonists are fully allowed, but there's a global rule on them: you don't get any tools that make you more powerful than any other player. The ball is now in your court.

I have a decent idea of 4.0's antag, based off of some rumors and hints that  "Gaz" had already made in Thales, and frankly I'd rather have the antagonist Gaz is suggesting rather than New Dawn.
