So it is as it has always been, mali. When a new Okarir'mali is to be found, an election must be held. And before an election is held, a debate and series of speeches must be had. Any pure mali'aheral may nominate themselves for this post as may the previous Okarir'mali of Haelun'or.

kaean'leh evareh, lliran. Let it begin.

Andria Fi'talareth, seeing that no one has made a speech, sighs lightly. She then slowly begins to make her way up onto a podium in the library. She glances out over the small crowd in front of her, a slight amount of nervousness seeming to showing on her face. Clearing her throat and then taking a deep breath, she begins her speech:

 "
Greetings Mali’thill, a few of you may know me as Andria Fi'talareth. I been with our cihi’aheral for many years now.

The role of the Okarir’mali is a very important oem in my eyes. Without the help of oem of the prior holders of the position, I would not have been able to find a lin in the city of Tahn’siol and would’ve instead been left to find shelter within the tea house for the rest of our time there. Though my example is rather recent, I feel that several of us have been in similar situations in the past.

If I am elected as Elfiokarir’mali, my major goal is to evenly distribute houses throughout the population of our cihi’aheral as they are built. I hope to base my calculations regarding who should first receive a lin via those who seemingly more active within our cihi. This is to prevent those who will not live in a lin very often from causing problems for those who will live in it very often.

In this finor I expect there to be many new citizens within our cihi’aheral. Several of these will be Mali’ata, hence making it an important duty to attempt to control and purify them. I would also hope to find ways to allow those who truly wish to rejoin Elmali’thill to have access to better resources regarding our culture, while continuing to uphold elmaehr’sae hiylun’ehya at all costs.

 ahern ito naean’leh lliran, ay’maehr’sae hiylun’ehya!
” She then bows before the crowd, before then making her way off the podium. Once in the crowd again, she awaits if any other High Elves will make a speech.

Vellulaei'thill had taken a great many days to think out her speech and figure out if she was willing to take up such a mantle. Finally on one bright morning when the air is crisp and cool upon their mountain cihi, she marches up to the small pedestal and waits for a crowd to gather beneath her. She takes the time to look each one of them in the eye before speaking.

"Mali'aheral of our honored cihi, I am Vellulai'thill of the esteemed Vul'athri bloodline.

You are allowed to call me Okarir'mali as well, for I am the obvious and undisputedly best choice for this position. Long have I lived in this city and bent my skills to the support of our great culture and people. I could regale you with my deeds and tell the tale of my research."

She pauses and taps one slim finger against the pedestal slowly.

"But I shall not bore you with these details. All that you need to know is this; I am truly devoted to the well being of our glorious race and my only goal is to see it tower above the impure and inferiors that mill around us in a confused mass that they call 'civilization.'

Under my benevolent eye, purity shall remain untarnished. Our way of life, the Maehr'sae Hiylun'ehya will never deviate from its given path and no pseudo-pure filth shall cross our threshold and stain our society with their despicable ideals!"

She lets her curled fist drop down onto the pedestal and a small, unfeeling smile crosses her face.

"Vote for me, Mali'aheral, and I assure you that you will not be let down."
