[b] Describe exactly all the actions you took leading up to the bug: Looked at all workstations,no iron wire.

[b] What messages are/aren't you getting that you would/wouldn't get normally :No messages.

[b] Are you able to reproduce the bug: No,as you cannot produce the said item.
