Unable To Set A Profile Picture?

Every time I attempt to set a profile picture is says "Failed to set a new photo." I do not understand this. I have attempted multiple photos to see if it was just the one I was previously using and nothing worked. Could someone explain this to me?

Try to upload the image to a link and try importing the image. That worked for me.

Sup guys, I used to have this problem...

 

I fixed it by merely shrinking the photo a ton. Oh, and using Gravatar is actually a great option- It works awesomely! Anyways, good luck with your problem.
