Safety is a priority, lliran. As such, by order of elsillumiran, the ranks of the elsillumiran, excluding okarir'tir, are found to be in need of a culling, and an effective reform. 

The following reform is effective immediately. 

 

Part One of Sillumiran Military Reform.

 

For far too long the martial force of the Mali’aheral has been a two-sided coin: corrupt and dangerous, or soft and unserviceable. Protocol has been tossed aside in favor of the comfort of laziness. Those who wear the armor do so because it fits them nicely. Some who claim the title of Evarir do not so much as wear the armor. For our stagnance we have paid in the corruption of Annil’sul and its inundation with filth.

 

For services rendered to the city, or lack thereof, all Sillumiran are as of now regular citizens. See further notice for possibility of reenlistment.

 

Perhaps now, many of you stand with blank and curious faces, and a few more glaring at the paper. You are understood, but be assured, your safety is our priority. The Sillumiran shall be recreated from Purity and Silver, and their blades and hearts guided by more than a fickle light.
