The Silver counsel has comited many unjustified murders, not only to criminals, but to any whom they deem 'impure'. Purity seems to be judged by a persons physical appearance than their actions. Though, I have done things in the Silver District, I believe nothing but death should be answered with death. No one is should be born into purity, my llir, they must make themselves pure. The Silver counsel has done the opposite and gave a bad name for all Aheral, such as myself. I have the same blood, yet I am different. If you can hide your psychical traits. They don't actively hunt 'impure'. The 'impure' are just idiotic enough to waltz up to the Mali'aheral spouting about being partial Aheral blood.
