Tarcell looks around at the people milling about Petrus. His broadsword was slung over his back with the hilt poking out over his shoulder. Closing his eyes, he says a brief prayer to the Creator.

"Dear Lord, guide my tongue, steady my voice, and open the ears of Your people."

Opening his eyes, he breathes deeply before standing on the fountain to speak.

"Sons and daughters of Horen,

Unrest is in Athera, and people are dying from it. The Dwarves are divided, the Elves kill one another, the Orcs question their Rex and the Humans live in factions. Iblees grows in strength as the dead become more and more growing his army in strength. Evil grows as the times of peace grow towards an end once more.

I say to you this my brothers and sisters. No matter the conflict at hand, do not war against fellow man. For the Creator's people are strong and we shall make it through this day. If you must fight, fight to defend your land. If you must war, war against the evil at hand. If you must kill, kill in the name of the Creator for the good of your brethren.

Brothers and sisters, the Creator gave Humanity access to the Seven Skies in His great ways. Live a life of good for the fruit of the Seven Skies await. No matter if you are weak and the forces of evil seem to enclose on your soul, know that the Creator is with you."

With that, Tarcell steps down from the fountain. He slings his pack over his shoulder before walking towards a nearby inn to eat.
