A flier is left pinned up near the Cloud Temple. It simply reads the following.

 

"I am seeking a Blacksmith with a fair amount of experience, the reasoning I would like to speak of in person, though I will say it does involve pay. I am willing to pay five hundred or more minas to whichever smithy can get this job done for me.

"If ye' need 'igh quality blacksmithin' from some of te' most /legendary/ blacksmiths, usin' te' Runeforges 'ah 'old then 'ah suggest commin' te' Hiebenhall. I can sort ye' out.
