Can't Resolve Host Name

I have tried everything. Restarting my computer VPN unblock er like hot spot. This happened after the server I've tired switching my ip and everything but nothing works for the last attempted tried re installing mine craft but nothing worked can anybody help me please :(

At this point of error its on your side. Nothing we can do. Check your ports on your router / modem.

Done it all still have no clue why its not working and it happened after the server crashed yesterday soooo.
