A rolled up letter would be found attached to the gate of Haelun'or. There would also be about three more stuck to trees close to the city.

"Normally I would address such a question to one person but I feel that a response from many would be beneficial.

Do you wish for war Kalenz? High elves? You seem take such offense to minuscule things as if the Republic of Cerulin were a disliked being you are forced to work with rather than a friend and ally. I understand your anger towards Vierna Kameki, one who I doubt is even a citizen of Cerulin, but to even "imply" a threat seems harsh given other factors in the situation. I'd ask that you would respond quickly so as to sate my troubled mind

- Alirya Khen'aum"

Andria Ith'ael spies the note as cleans the gate house of multiple letters and posters. Upon a quick read, she tosses the note away, seemingly recalling upon a bad experience the last time she wrote to the author. However, the letters outside on the trees would remain untouched for the time being.

Kalenz, while sipping tea reads this letter. He pauses reading the sentence "Do you wish for war, Kalenz?"

A letter returns the next day: "A threat, wood elf?"

Rael Ith'ael frowns at the letter. "If we wished for war, we would not have sued for peace."

Another letter arrives "No reply will be considered a threat. If you are, indeed, threatening Haelun'or my only reasonable course is the cessation of your life. Thus, indicate the fact you are no threat by answering this question. I also require an apology for wasting my time in your letter. How you respond shall impact your life and the status of it".

A response would be sent, this time by bird

"I am no threat to Haelun'or. Just the idea of war leaves a sour taste in my mouth- Alirya Khen'aum"

Sometime later an individual who looks nothing like Alirya takes one of the papers with iterest then walks away
