Need Clarification On The Region Rules.

Rules states that areas in freebuild are not subject to the same protections claimed regions have, including griefing. Does that mean I'm allowed to go into the wilds and destroy someone's house?

Yes, in the wilds you would have to RP it, but it is possible to my knowledge. Don't know why you would do that though because there is no reason for a villain to go out there and do it because it does not create RP. That's just you wanting to be a jerk.

I actually had that happen to me. My house was broken into, they busted the walls to get around locked doors, broke through the floor as well to get around a locked trapdoor. And just because they left signs saying 'this has been broken!' it was allowed. Gm's said they couldn't do anything. 

 

I know who did it but he wasn't punished at all.

Breaking some glass and stealing from chests is one thing, another to break down entire walls that support the structure or that would collapse the entire thing. Be reasonable with what you break, you can't just assume that you are allowed to mine through a cobble wall cause you have perms there.
