In these times of prosperity and security for the Orenian State and her vassals, no disturbances or intolerance of the law can remain uncrushed. Thus, for the repeated crimes of High Treason, attempted assassination of an Orenian Official, and attempted clericide, amid others, the bloodline of "De Bolbec" has been formally and utterly banished from the realm of man. These savages, having sacrificed their noble human heritage, are to be viewed as no less than the dogs they are, and are sentenced to execution if captured in lands of Orenian jurisdiction.
