Halflings try not to go into war. The most recent war we were in, unless we have been in more since I've been away, halflings acted as a battlefield medic. Normally, we don't involve ourselves in the outside races' wars.

Expanding on this we try to find another way to expell invaders. Such as during Thales we were plagued by a bandit group led by a man named Malice, we worked out a deal with Oren to drive them off (But we ended up breaking the deal and having Oren sack the village)

All of those EXCEPT two colored eyes.

 

Yes but some may still be properly behaved. (it really depends, most non-village halflings are improper)
