The Decree of Revision

 

By the will of the standing Executive,

 

One position of "Medi'ir" is declared as vacant.

 

One position of "Medi'ir" is declared as held by Valmir Maehr'onn until challenged.

 

The position of "Sohaer" is declared as vacant.

 

The standing Executive, Silir'ilume, is provided emergency powers to dictate the course of the current conflict. The duty of this emergency office is:

 

To resolve the standing conflict with the United and Reformed Kingdom of Oren.

This office will negotiate on behalf of the Silver State of Haelun'or to bring the conflict to an end and restore order.

This office will oversee the transition of power through election oversight.

This office will immediately be absolved upon the conclusion of the election of a full Triumvirate.

 

The duty of the Maheral is reaffirmed as cultural guidance. The Maheral is not provided the legal right to oversee the election of the Triumvirate; this power transition process will be overseen by the standing Executive.
