The team has concluded this decision on the basis we've literally no idea whats going off here, among other reasons. We'd need to know what this would be used for starters, currently it's left very vague and open to alot. We've not idea how advanced this thing might be, what is can produce, what is can excel within. It becomes very difficult to enforce lore on the basis we've no idea exactly what is can do, can you imagine the situation? "Er- They're using this steam thing for ... can they do that?" ".. Maybe." Atop of that certain members of the team are very much against technological advancements in the form of steam engine, considering it either too science-y or just drifting from the basis of the server to a more steampunk esque theme.
