While walking down the road leading northward, the stretch between the Cloud Temple and Nerezza, you happen upon a flier gaily flapping in the cold breeze. Pinned up against a tree is another advertisement paper, written on cheap, deteriorating parchment that seems but a minute from tearing off, judging from the scattering of holes across the sheet. You notice the writing is legible, however:
