Much along the lines of the one at the entrance to Cerulin and the ones Haelun'or has/used to have. This makes it so criminals can not hide and it's easier to find them. We're open to negotiation on the price."

He scoffs after talking to himself, turning on his heels to stride off in irritation.

After some time Zaviel also looked at Lorien's letter as a devilish grin soon curved on his lips - malicious intent couldn't have been more obvious as it overflowed from the mad expression stretching the corners of his lips almost all the way to his cheekbones.

 

"How exciting! I wonder what the catch is..!" He'd utter in joyous monologue, series of depthless chuckles escaping the bottom of his throat as he continued on his merry way.
