GM logic. Oh well. Not gonna argue over a milk that's already spilled.

Any idea as to how you plan to keep orcs on the ships from PKing whitewashes, or haeloonies from killing 'impure' elves?

Kha aren't a nation because they don't deserve nation status, they haven't for a few maps now.

Not gonna get involved cause no matter how much i try it won't change anything but we were a nation and got land at the start of Athera but it blew up in place for the Ordium and after the Ordium blew up from a non-existent Amyas trebuchet were denied any form of region creation for us because aparently we didn't have the players even though we had more after the ordium then before.

-Edit-

What qualifications would one group of players or a race need to have to 'deserve' nation status. Like what do you have to be to deserve to be picked by staff to have the ability to get land and a green soul pillar?

For money this is the scenario we've sort of explained for it. If you're running for your life, money would not be the first thing you grab. Or maybe the ship captains took all our money for saving our lives.

Or maybe there is no other way to make people vote for the server than forcing them by deprivation of their earnings. For some of the earnings people've donated to the server, and are still keeping them for rainy day.

Will the banking system be available as soon as at least main cities are built?

As all previous maps, minas has never transferred over nor has items, be glad that everyone been given the chance to transfer books and some precious items.

Also the monk temple should have a bank system up and running from the get-go. Maybe some GM shops at the temple also as it's happened with the past two maps. Don't take my word for it though, i'm no GM.

Frankly, I think it would be activity and numbers.

Eh. It would, but, with how things usually operate, there'd be quite a few nations missing if that was true to full extent. Still, there's a brighter hope for a Kha nation in Vailor - all I'll be praying for now is that at least the GMs will take some actual consideration into 'racial boats' idea. I wasn't here for any of the previous changes, although, from what I've heard from folks that did live through the experience, it's kinda swift - so, chaotic bit is understandable, t'is kay. But with how chaotic the idea about boats is, or, with the ideas to deny such personal boats to some of the less active races (heard that even about halflings and high elves), we'd be better off with letting every asshat and their dog make their own ships.

Although, if any of you godly lot wants to hear why is it the Kha should get their boat, feel free to PM me, and I'll take the extensive effort to explain without cluttering the Q/A any further. Thankye for reading this up, if you got this far.

The whole ordeal with the floating Kha fortress being shot down was technically caused by the sheer proximity between the places. For the Kharajyr, I'd suppose making a significant/visible presence would perhaps help? Please do not read it as very critical, merely a thought and suggestion.

If anyone has any questions I'll be on LotC teamspeak for a bit. In saying that I might not be able to answer some.

I believe people should not keep their minas, their items or their stats. What brings the fun to a new map is the fresh start that everyone gets. You can grind your way back up if you are truly good. Or perhaps only a percentage of your XP would go to the next map, this way you'd prevent have aengulic blacksmiths on day one. I'd say perhaps 20% of your XP on the different levels would be maintained (so you'd go down to the level correspondant of said XP)

Okay I understand where you are coming from on this, but by cutting xp down or not transferring skills, you are causing the beginning of the next map to be a grind-fest.  The focus of the server should be on RP, not on leveling up and grinding.  The current skill levels associated with our characters are there to aid RP and add to our character's story.  It makes no sense that an aengulic blacksmith is going to forget 20% of what he or she knows.
