A notice would be tacked onto notice boards in major settlements throughout the Kingdom of Oren.  The notice would read,

Warning:  A large Phoenix has been sighting flying throughout the realm.  It assaulted travelers in the mountains north of Vanaheim, reportedly attacked a barony, and later flew south to Felsen.

Should the beast be sighted, inform your local armed forces, and stay out of their way.  In terms of fighting it, its body seems to burn up arrows before they can reach it, but an arrow was able to puncture its left eye, driving it off.

Again, do not try to attack this beast without proper backup.  It is to be considered highly dangerous.

The note is signed,

Alister Mattok

Dustin Mattok nods in recognition of how their small expedition were the first ones to sight the beast, and how they put an arrow through it's left eye.

Meta would glance skyward near the Cloud Temple after a visit into the Oren settlements. "This is most uncomforting, the pheonix appeared after the giant fish that had appeared in the lake. If this is true, why would a beast of such symbolism bring upon such evils."
