[!] A flyer is found around Vailor, in halfling mailboxes, in the heads of scarecrows, on the labels of bottles of ale, on the backs of unsuspecting bigguns, tacked onto the shops in the cloud temple. Eventually a flyer makes its way in front of your face and you look to see the depiction of a halfling with a slogan on his sides.

Demagol finds a note attached to his back, huffing, and sending a letter to the halflings.
