As you walk around Goodborough, you happen to see a path of large footsteps leading to a burrow by the lake; which was home to a halfling named Laura North-Took.

 

You walk inside the Hobbit Hole noticing that the door was smashed open and the table in the dining room was heavily damaged.

 

Underneath the table you spot a few drops of blood on the floor but not a halfling to be found.
