With the last of the denizens submitting their vote between the two candidates, the stewards went through the votes, tallying them up until nightfall. Once the votes were accounted for, a herald surrounded by a number of antsy townsfolk announced the new Maer of Brelus.HEAR YE, HEAR YE, on this night the City of Brelus has a new Maer. A hard fought battle between the wide Noah Wheezer and the gawky Alen Gradic, only one could assume the mantle as Maer of Brelus. Now I say to ye, people of Brelus, twenty votes for Gradic… and thirty-five votes for Wheezer! The people of Brelus have a new Maer!Noah Wheezer!
