After a diplomatic meeting, Albania, Montenegro, and Kosovo are strong armed into joining Alexandros' Union, speaking how when Germany came to Federalize the countries he could not stop them. The people see this with mixed results, but the current heads of state serve as interim governors and the Provines are allowed to continue their normal trade, laws, and practices with the exception of Islam which was not generally accepted in these countries.

 

With such a momentous occasion, Alexandros would announce to the world his Imperial Coronation. He would restore the Legacy of Rome, and form once again an Empire of Cultures united for their betterment and to strengthen each other. It would be held on the birthday of Saint Constantine I, February 27th in the Hagia Sofia in Constantinople. Japan's Prime Minister, Ghana's King, Morocco's King, Germany's Chancellor, Britain's Prime Minister and King, India's President, the Pope. and the Southeast Asian Technocrat would all be invited to attend personally, while only representatives of other nations would be allowed. Japan

 

Mending relations

 

Prime Minister Ayumu is told of TDA's outburst, and is rather disappointed at both their misinterpretation and how he was misled by his government. The first order of duty was to correct the Prime Minister of the Dominion, whom referred to Ayumu as the Emperor of Japan instead of the Prime Minister of Japan. The second was ensuring the Singaporean Delegation would be comfortable and welcome within the country.

 

The Delegation was given the UN’s new instructions, however, the Delegation was allowed to stay for a while to enjoy Japan. After their stay, they were given an official farewell at Tokyo’s international airport, departing back to Singapore. Good things did come out of this trip, however, as more emphasis would now be put on relations between Japan and TDA. All rumours of Japanese plans of conquest would hopefully be put to rest.

News returned of a joint victory in Ghana, the people of Japan celebrated at their victory and those that survived returned home for a well deserved rest. However, news of the foul weapons of the African foes also returned home. White Phosphorus, a deadly chemical weapon which brought about a cruel and painful demise to those afflicted by it’s tainted touch. The wives and children of those unfortunate enough to be caught in its grasp wept evermore.

 

The Japanese fleet deployed to Nigeria finished it’s bombings, allowing the troops to move further inland. They stayed, however, to be ready to deploy aid in case of a doubtful Nigerian counter-attack.

 

Major Daisuke was commended for his efforts and given a promotion to Lieutenant Colonel, he returned home with high honours and a transfer to a command position in the foreign arm of the Kempeitai, which was becoming more than just military police.

 

The Prime Minister received the invitation to the coronation and gracefully accepted. He would be accompanied by an entourage of 24 Kempeitai agents to ensure his protection.

The Greek ambassador would be greeted in the same style as the ASEAN one, warmfully. They would automatically begin their talks behind closed doors.

GHANA

 

 

As Ghananian-Greco-Japanese forces tear through Nigeria and whatever forces still choose to fight, Aba sits alone in his room, staring over documents with a tired, world-weary frown. He mulls over the Algerian problem, and whatever issues they may have caused Burkina Faso as they tried to push down to Ghana.

 

He exhales heavily as he turns away, and runs a hand along his shaved head staring at the ceiling for a long moment. He stands from his chair, and exits his private room, heading for the parliament, an idea developing within his mind.

 

As he enters, the ministers match his own weariness and restrain themselves from immediately assailing the tired man with questions as he moves to his seat. As he takes it, they all immediately take to their own, and await his orders silently. He begins to lay out his plan, assigning the appropriate minister for each stage, and those not required to aiding those who are to lessen the tremendous workload.

 

-Ghana will send Aba's cousin to act as the Governor of the region of Nigeria as Ghana begins to implement a democratic system of election. The elected official of Nigeria would be known formally as Governor of Nigeria, and would govern the region under the authority of the Grand King of Ghana, who would have ultimate control over the region.

 

-Ghana offers Togo a choice; follow the same system as will be implement in Nigeria, or become a region bearing the country's name within Ghana.

 

-Ghana begins tasking its best scientific minds with creating a fully functional desalination plant in order to better sustain their recent agricultural focus, and provide more water for the region as a whole. ((mod choice for how long this will take))

 

-Ghana begins to try and find new ways to increase it's economy, and once more offers education to other countries, all expenses covered by Ghana, through their ministry-schools.

 

Ghana begins to settle back into normal routine, although it dedicates a large portion of it's newly enlisted soldiers to training with its new military equipment; the tanks, planes and destroyer.

 

Ghana also prepares for the meeting in Greece, and starts to form an elite squad of veteran Ghanian soldiers, all outfitted with the latest Japanese equipment, appearance and colour scheme modified to somewhat exude an appearance of a priest and Teutonic knight. Ghana offers Japanese soldiers the opportunity to join this elite squad with the permission of their leader. 

 

In secret, Ghana begins to develop a form of external power suit, fearing the possibility of once more having to face large forces of rival countries intent on their destruction. They contact Japan and the Pope for assistance with research. They coin the suit the Gabriel External Power Suit, and the program as the Gabriel Initiative.

The United Chinese Republic

Agriculture

 

 

With the recent stabilization of the Chinese economy president Shi begins the effort of rebuilding Chinese food production. First he proposes the selling of thousands of acres of prime agricultural land formerly owned by the party to large scale farming operations. Also President Shi begins importing Genetically modified crop seeds to boost the output of Chinese farms.

 

 

Domestic

 

President accepts all former Chinese states into the United Chinese Republic as well as lifts the Dalai Lamas exile and grants Tibet cultural autonomy. President Shi also reforms the Chinese province system and promotes elections inside each province.

 

Education

 

President Shi then proposes legislation reopening all former Chinese schools but turning many into technical schools were Chinese students will learn skills they need to succeed in the workplace.

Foreign

China approves the trade agreements with The Technocratic Dominion of South East Asia and Indonesia. China then sends emissaries to Greece, Ghana, Japan,and the European Federation to propose trade agreements and seek alliances.

 

Military

 

As Russian equipment flows into Chinese the Chinese provinces in the north. China begins retrofitting all remaining weapons and equipment that remains from before the civil war as well as begins constructing modern equipment based off Russian equipment. China then begins the rebuilding and retrofitting of the Chinese fleet in the South China sea. With the boon in the Chinese economy president Shi proposes the founding of the Chinese National reserve to back up the newly formed Yen. Also China begins advertising around the world promoting the Chinese economy as a fresh start and a once in a lifetime investment.

The United Chinese Republic establishes the Chinese Federal Police force to curb the wave of crime that ravaged the Chinese country side. China also establishes a western style court system.

China also sends invitations into the United Chinese republic to its neighbor Mongolia promising to give them equal representation and states that being a member of the UCR will make trading within its borders far easier. This is prompted by the large amount of natural resources Mongolia has begun to produce and ship into china but have been hindered by the red tape of transporting goods between nations. China also promises to keep complete cultural autonomy for the region and improve the infrastructure of the region.

Great British Empire

 

 

With a global arms race seeming somewhat likely due to Japans sudden advance in battlefield technology, PM Delrof decides to improve the ground forces of the British army. To do this he decides to try and begin production on a new generation of tank, though excessive funding is required, PM Delrof decides to try and team up with the United Federal States in order to create this new vehicle on the promise that the states will receive some of the newly developed tanks. The vehicle would be much bigger then tanks to date, with improved armour and a firepower much more devastating then that of the British Centurion III, it is to be named the Centurion IV. United States of America

 

 

With the recently appointed President, Nolan Cremer, stepping into office for the first time with little experience, many Republicans have the same concerns as in 2012. He moves to answer this outcry by starting off his term in office with a Bill that will be easily accepted by both of the largest rival parties. With the republicans having a large interest and many policies in the US Military, President Cremer sees fit to help the United Kingdom with their attempt at improving ground forces, on the term that he receives a fair share of at least just below half of all the tanks produced.

With the attempt at trying to please the Republicans, President Cremer moves off to other areas as he awaits for a reply from the British. He oversees the write up of a new Bill on the immigration side of things, stating in short form, that he moves to see enforcement of border control tightened to the South, proposing that more men are needed supplying people with more jobs while keeping illegal immigrants out which means Americans will fill the jobs of immigrants. THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

 

 

As China re-builds itself back up Russia’s income slowly starts to increase, local businesses are making more money than before and the people are happy.

 

Military (Note: All of these things happened in IRL present day but I am just putting them here so everyone knows that Russia's outdated equipment has now been replaced)

 

All soldiers are now going to be armed with the AF1 Strike One Semi Automatic pistol, has a 18-round magazine and is now replacing both the Makarov PMM and MP-443 Grach. The new AK-21 assault rifle prototype an improved AK-12 is now being tested and should be ready for distribution amongst the russian military in 2022. The A-545, an assault rifle which Russia began operational testing in 2015 has began being distributed to the Russian military. The the T-15 Heavy infantry fighting vehicle have fully replaced the BTR-T in Russia. The T-14 tank has replaced the T-72, T-80 and T-90, which will all go into reserve storage. The Kungruents-25 a Infantry fighting vehicle, armoured personnel carrier based on the Armata Universal Combat Platform chassis, entered service in 2016, and has now replaced the BMP

series, which will all go into reserve storage. It has IFV and APC variants. S-350E Vityaz, a surface-to-air missile has replaced the S-300 completely after being put into service in 2016. With Russia's new fleet being built Russia's navy will be larger and able to cover more area.

 

Russia has offered the nearby countries Georgia, Kazakhstan, kyrgyzstan to join the Russian Federation in return Russia offers to restore their economy, modernize their countries and offer them protection from Greece as they all had seen what happened to Turkey.

The Imperium of Indonesia

 

 

Warlord Dranzik has now secured the entirety of Indonesia, with extremist groups and rebels put down with lethal force. With the emissaries sent, an official alliance has been formed with both the TDA and the Russian Federation for future prosperity. Dranzik has established the title of “Warlord” as an remembrance of the internal strife that arose within Indonesia not some months ago. The Imperial banners fly all over the isles of Indonesia, as a movement of pride and militarism grows inside. The fires of Indonesia burn with fervor!

 

INTERNAL

Warlord Dranzik has turned his attention to rebuilding his nation on the inside. The TDA has sent stonemasons and aid workers to rebuild the broken warzones. Dranzik has established a new system that is optional, yet highly beneficial, to the young male or female Indonesian, which is such: Establishments shall be constructed across Indonesia that offer work to any Indonesian who is able. They will recieve food, land, and pay equivalent to the amount of work they put in. 10% of all funds attributed to them are stored inside a military account, to be spent on their individual weaponry when the time to defend Indonesia comes about. This was the plan devised by Dranzik to fund the outrageously large population of Indonesia. Centres of science and technology have sprung up, while mosques are modernized which beckon pilgrimages and new Muslims.

The official centre of technological and scientific progress is built within the capital city of Jakarta, which is named Al-Du’ab. Al-Du’ab has pulled the top scientists, mathematicians, and engineers from across the country to serve and progress the interests of their advances. While civil engineering is heavily invested into, the production of military marvels is underway, though heavily guarded in secret. The military sect of Al-Du’ab extends into the underground portions of Jakarta, lined with heavy concrete and lead to prevent bombings of any kind.

The profits of the coastal tourism has not gone unnoticed by Warlord Dranzik and his imperial administration. Although Dranzik poured his own resources into forming the hotels and airports necessary for such an economical boon, he will pay homage to those who live and work there, and take 40% of all profits. He will not take more profits that would make his employees and business owners suffer. Thus, all profits taken are private and personally owned by the Imperium of Indonesia, recognized as an independent enterprise that fits within the capitalistic standards of Indonesia. A profit cut has also been taken from the common goods industry, thus much smaller as it directly serves capitalism.

All across Indonesia, builders and work forces are assigned to constructing modernized schools where the young Indonesians of their modern society may learn all four major topics: Science, Math, History, and Indonesian. Specific STEM schools are also commissioned for the accelerated minds of the Indonesian youth. Advertisement campaigns are brought forth to promote the young mind. As Indonesia has risen from a third world country, they benefited from the lack of distracting tablets and time consuming monstrosities. Thus, the Imperium keeps an effort to “organically” entertain it’s youth, through dance parlors, parks, sports, and productive activities.

 

 

It has also been ordered by the Imperium that anime be unbanned. The Imperium has noticed the severity of anime bans within the world, and thus, welcomes all anime makers to centralize themselves inside Indonesia and produce for Indonesia with moderate tax to the Imperium. Sexual anime is limited. 

ISLAM

 

Warlord Dranzik has not forgotten his people and the dominant religion within Indonesia. Muslim pride would set to swell as Dranzik promotes the religion and it’s peace loving endeavors, jihad and holy war only reserved for outside provinces that threaten Indonesia, not internally. Dranzik states that as an Islamic nation, Indonesia is united as one and has no need for internal strife, as the Quran is publically posted on the internet and on the streets so that extremist groups may not tamper with it’s ideals. The Quran promotes love and the defense of other religions, such as Judaism and Christianity. Because of the Quran’s ideals, Dranzik urges Muslims to welcome all other nationalities and only enforce personal Sharia on acting Muslims. Dranzik welcomes any pilgrimaging Muslims to stay within Indonesia and perhaps stay there! International policies have been lifted that non-extremist Muslims are permitted expedited citizenship and stay within Indonesia.

EXTERNAL

The Imperium of Indonesia officially has expressed its concern for the mobilizing forces of the world at hand. The priority of maintaining Indonesian waters and keeping them safe from harm takes precedence over any matters, and thus, the following act is sanctioned within the Imperium:

The construction of a massive naval force has been commissioned by the Imperium of Indonesia. The construction, or perhaps purchase of such vessels will include:

• One Aircraft Carrier

• Four Frigates

• Three Destroyers

• Two Additional Corvettes (To the existing 26).

• Five additional coastal defense systems (mounted with anti-aircraft).

• An additional Submarine

All naval endeavours shall be funded directly by the Imperium, with the profits they have acquired. The Imperium of Indonesia has settled it’s gaze upon Papua New Guinea, which still delves into third and second world country habits and living standards. The Imperium wishes to extend it’s loving hand to aid Papua New Guinea and give them the tools to ascend to the world stage. However, the Imperium’s love will come with protection and a price. While Papua New Guinea may very well keep their ideology and culture, the Imperium officially offers annexation to Papua New Guinea to become a vassal state of the Imperium and to be subject to its laws, ordination, and trade benefits. If Papua New Guinea is to accept the Imperium’s offer, they will contact the administration in due haste.

All actions taken by the Imperium ensure a safe environment for their future generations to grow in, where weakness is met with diligence and the unified Indonesia can face any problem with an intelligent and educated society.

Republic of South Africa

 

 

After the 2019 Elections there was remarkable change in South Africa. For the 1st time since 1994 the African National Congress (ANC) was not in power. Instead the people turned to a new political party, the Democratic Alliance (DA) for leadership. Times have been tough in South Africa, unemployment is high, corruption within the government is rampant, and tensions between whites and blacks is rising. The people want a new leader someone who can give them change. The man they have elected, His Excellency Christo Schoeman, has promised them this. He has promised that great times are ahead and the past is behind them. The 1st year of his presidency went fairly smooth. Schoeman started to fix many of South Africa’s problems. He has created thousands of new jobs in South Africa giving many unemployed South Africans a chance to find work. He has also made sure that there was equality between the blacks and whites by making sure they both get equal education and opportunities. President Schoeman wanted to create unified South Africa and to get rid of division within the South African population, television ads soon began airing encouraging unity between the blacks and whites.

           

To compensate for the failing economy President Schoeman started a mass mining operation for platinum and coal, as well as increasing the petroleum production. This is furthering increasing the economy as well as creating thousands of jobs. President Schoeman also encouraged entrepreneurs with tax breaks to start their own businesses in an attempt to create even more jobs.

 

President Schoeman begins to construction of several water treatment plants near Pretoria, capital of South Africa, to deal with the growing water crisis in Africa. While he begins to send aid to the neighboring countries in crates marked with the flag of South Africa.

 

The recent wars in northern africa have begun to worry President Schoeman and he has began to think of an idea to both protect his people and his neighbors. He decided to form a Greater African Union. The Greater African Union would allow the nations of southern africa to deal with threats to their sovereignty as a collective group as well as function as a single economic body. President Schoeman promises to invest billions in the infrastructure, and economies of all nations that join. President Schoeman formally sends invitations to Lesotho, Mozambique, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Angola, Malawi, Tanzania, Madagascar, and Swaziland. President Schoeman also promises complete cultural autonomy as well as representation in the Greater African Union for all members. He reminds the leaders of this nation that South Africa can be great but only if they work together, think of the thousands dying of unsanitary water and easily curable diseases.

GHANA

 

 

Ghana sends ten platoons (Platoon is an average of 30, may for some be only 25) of soldiers into Algeria indirectly to scout out the country and report back the situation. Any they meet, should they not react with outright hostility, would be given food and preached at. However, they are informed that should anyone attack them, they are to shoot to kill.

 

​Ghana still waits for a reply from the neighbouring countries as to the Ghana-provided school-ministries. However, they do still send missionaries over the border bearing food and donations for the villages within Benin, Burkina Faso and Côte d'Ivoire, in an attempt to create a sense of goodwill towards Ghana and her Catholic populace. The villages visited by the peaceful ministers would also have propaganda, slightly sensationalised, about the joys those lands that belong to Ghana experience, and the removal of hardships. Each minister, it should be noted, carries an old service M9 or Glock pistol from storage.

 

Ghana begins to send aid to Nigeria via her Navy, largely containing food, water and basic medicine. Any doctors who elect to move with these supplies to help with those Nigerian citizens affected by the brief war. A force of 5,000 Ghanaian troops remain in Nigeria to maintain peace as workers are hired in droves to repair damaged buildings and replace those torn down, most of them Nigerian. Noticeably absent from the ranks of the workers are the Muslims, despite the Ghanaian government publicly stating its support for their help. Military bunkers are constructed by the capital of Nigeria, and flags are flown bearing half the Ghanaian flag and half that of Nigeria.

 

Within Ghana and Togo, the citizens adore their king, and there is peace. However, the police are upgraded, and recruitment is encouraged to the public to deal with a surge of crime rate during the war. The police are outfitted with surplus, outdated equipment from Ghana, as the military equips itself with the new Japanese equipment.

 

A message is sent to the Pope, declaring Ghana and Togo's admiration of the man, and their intentions to build a cathedral to honour the Catholic Church. This in turn would provide employment for struggling workers in neighbouring countries and increase the net gain for Ghana and encourage the populations of nearby countries to cede to Ghana or migrate, raising the population.

 

Veteran soldiers who performed admirably during the war are promoted to officer ranks to accommodate the recent influx of enlisted soldiers within the command structure. Those showing more promise and better results replace former command not as suited to the rigours of their positions. Those replaced are sent to train recruits and pass off their experience.

Progress

 

The Japanese Imperial Military begins to even out, the small island state of Japan being unable to sustain a massive military. Construction of new apartment buildings, under the Prime Minister’s custom design continues, it is hoped they will provide a temporary way of sustaining Japan’s increasing population.

 

A working prototype for Japan’s new sub-orbital fighter nears completion, although it will be some time yet before they are able to be efficiently produced.

 

Negotiations with the North Koreans breaks down, it would seem that the goal of peace between Japan and North Korea would never be achieved, something which truly disheartened the Prime Minister. Delegations sent to North Korea were recalled. It would appear that another period of diplomatic silence between the two states would resume once more.

 

Japan seems to enter a research agreement with Greece, the specifics of which are unknown and kept well hidden.

 

Japan denies helping Ghana with it’s power suit production. Japan also firmly assures that it has already given too much to Ghana for little reward other than money. It will not provide any more help other than defensive wars and humanitarian aid unless Ghana can prove itself worthy of aiding in more resource intensive tasks.

A new counter-intelligence plan originally brought about by Lt. Col Daisuke is put into action, it aims to root out foreign spies and agents through regular inspections, surveillance and undercover work. Kempetai agents prove to be incredibly effective in their work, their emotion seemingly dulled out by their loyalty to Japan.

An outcry for revenge against the Koreans occurred, but the Prime Minister would not relent to the cries of his people, making his first semi-unpopular decision.

 

The Nation of Japan would immediately throw sanctions against the South Koreans, also demanding a large payment as an apology for their actions. The Prime Minister had hoped that this move would send the South Koreans into economic strife.

 

The Japanese also plead to the UN to place sanctions against the Koreans to teach them the errors of their ways.

 

The Japanese mobilise a fleet to guard the North Korean-Japanese border. The fleet consists of an aircraft carrier and 18 destroyers. In secret, four submarines are also deployed to the area with the intent of discovering North Korean subs.

 

The Prime Minister and Minister of Defence immediately set a large team of scientists with the task of creating new submarine detection systems, due to NK’s massive fleet of submarines. They are given a large amount of money so that they can complete their task as quick as possible.

 

The Japanese request a force of Ghanian soldiers to help defend Japan in the occurrence of a war with the Koreans. The Ghanians are told that it would be a good first step to repaying their debt to Japan.

 

The Japanese accept the aid of the Greek soldiers in the event of a war.

 

The Japanese give one request to the North Koreans. Submit to Japan and live as part of it’s extended territory, accepting a Japanese schooling system, a local Japanese ran provisional government system, Japanese military occupation and the handing over the reigns of the North Korean army to the Japanese, retiring it’s officers and replacing them with the Japanese. This would be the only way the North Koreans would be forgiven, denial would likely lead to a just conflict on behalf of Japan.

 

The Japanese also request permission from the UN to commence an armed invasion of North Korea if their terms were rejected, claiming they have a just reason based on North Korea’s foreign agents attempting to cause damage to Japan. They also request that the other Asian powers butt out of the situation unless they intend to fight for Japan’s cause, as in reality it was a matter for Japan and it’s allies.

 

New Japanese Imperial soldiers going through the training process are now given an extra week's training specifically teaching of how to fight against soldiers using similar equipment to the North Koreans (soviet era equipment), fighting against modern equipment already being part of their training.

Tensions between the Korean and Japanese nations begin to rise, the future appears darker by the minute.

GHANA

 

 

Ghana answers Japan's call, and prepares a detail of 12, 000 men, all skilled veterans of the Nigerian war or long time servicemen. Along with this force, Ghana purchases an additional two destroyers and ten frigates for construction. Ghana also begins the construction of 20 corvettes and begins the acquisition of Nigeria's existing naval vessels for the use of Ghana's navy. 

 

The recent acquisitions mean that crews are needed, and there is a mass drive of propaganda and incentives to join the Navy. Wages are increased for active duty personnel and an Army reserves is implemented, in which those who opt to join that rather than the active duty receive two thirds the pay, but similar training and are expected to aid the police and the Army logistics capability.

 

Ghana begins to exert full control over Nigeria, armed forces being deployed to crush any form of rebellion from some fragments still loyal to the old dictator. As Ghana sets about doing this, they also begin the election process, imploring Nigerians to step up and run for Governor. Voting will be compulsory for all Nigerians.

 

As one desalination plant is constructed, Ghana begins to lay down the infrastructure to take the water all the way to her borders. The laying of pipes opens up thousands more jobs, of which all Western African nations are invited to apply for. The completion of oil refineries within Togo, utilising existing infrastructure, means that Ghana now rivals some Middle Eastern countries in refined petroleum production. Ghana also begins to expand the cocoa farms within her borders, utilising the market demand and their dominance over it for greater income. As a result, more jobs open, offered to citizens of Ghana.
