The eager northman sauntered lonesomely through the Orcish Uzh, the whirly breeze blowing sand-grains into his rugged visage, lips remaining pursed.

A Nerezza-smithed longsword remained hauled over his broad, weary shoulder, as his oceanic blue eyes skimmed over the large savannah, in search for a green-skin.

As he spotted one of the brutes, he anxiously stormed onwards, briskly sending his blade down in an arch, aiming to viciously hack into the orc's shoulder, letting out a rough growl.

The orc deflected the sword with ease, grinding his gruesome tusks together, thrusting his knee forth to reel into Samuel's thigh, knocking him off balance. The warrior would soon retort, quickly withdrawing his sword-arm and sending the sword forth in a thrust, meakly jabbing at the uruk's exposed ribs.

Gruk let out a furious roar, a few of his comrades encircled around him, chanting "Krug!" in a frequent fashion, Samuel's morale soon lost.

He swung ruthlessly for the green-skin's throat, the orc's war-cleaver plunged into Samuel's abdomen, blood dripping down onto the hot sand, crimson droplets sliding down the blade.

The northern man fell to his knees, as the war-cleaver was rippled out of his wound, widening the gash drastically, his guts slowly leaking out, falling to the ground.

Samuel suddenly drawled out in a failed, disgruntled and cold tone

"Vhat zhe fokk."

Retirement was a hope Brann foolishly had for all his brothers, evidently this time it would not be so. Days passed since Samuels leave, switching into weeks as he disappeared from all sight. Till news reached the ageing brothers ear and his pale complexion grew only paler, his hammer stopped mid-beat to the iron upon his anvil as the news was read out by a saddened courier. He gazed upwards into the sky without words that failed to come to him. For a day his forge fell silent, then another day passing and the men of the Kingsguard assembled in their ceremonial uniform, each would attend the service to be held for their fallen brother with a solemn silence about them as they made way into the palace garrison grounds.

A day of mourning fell over the Kings-guard.

"Brothers no doubt you have heard of a tragedy that befalls all in this world, death. But not through age, nor battle against the Rebels of the crown. Our brother fell in combat, a warrior till the end! While he may have left his service to the king he was and will always be considered one of the band. Creator bless your journey now, brother."

"Good riddance." says Ecthallion.

Samuel pours salt from the Seven Skies, letting out a hearty chuckle.

"Zhe pompous **** is dead." The illegitimate half-brother would remark aloud in Felsen, thudding a large hand on Einar's broad shoulder. His pale, barbarous visage hosting an elated simper before pivoting on a heel and inclining his head in dismissal to his fellow Ragnarssøn as he saunters off with his hefty shoulders hunched.

Upon entering his shack of a house, the poor door unfitting to the in the entrance as he slams the cracked piece of wood shut. He breathes in a large, ragged, exasperated sigh. His eyes shut tightly as he plants his sizeable frame down on nearest seat with a creak. "Rest vell vith your Creator, 'brother'." He utters as he opens his eyes, sharing the same oceanic blue orbs as the warrior Northman.

Verynupon hearing of Samuel's death, pauses. "A foolish move... but brave. He was a good comrade, and Oren will miss him."
