The moonlight was shining when Gnardug arrived at what he believed to be his new home. Following down the road from the Cloud Temple had him exhausted and worried - after all he was alone, without any equipment worth to be mentioned, and without knowing what to expect from his journey to the Iron Uzg.
He got lost during his previous travels, getting separated from his clan and all relatives. But now, after much walking and spending the nights beneath the stars in the wilderness, Gnardug had finally reached his goal.

The young Orc was stunned to see the path leading over a wide river and, despite its ruined state, followed it nonetheless, only imagining the sheer greatness of the Iron Uzg at the very end of it.

Needless to say, Gnardug was quite surprised...

The path eventually came to a halt, ending in a wall of sand. Dumbfounded, Gnardug stood in front of the wall, tilting his head at it. Unsure what to make of it, he approached the wall, poking it with a single finger. "Hrmph... wot is diz?", he gnarled, his expectations belied. No matter how he looked at it, the wall stood straight and there was no way around it. Grunting heavily, Gnardug sat down in front of the wall, staring at it. Surely, something was eventually bound to happen, he thought to himself.

I just got back on LotC and I've wanted to play an Orc for quite some time now. I'm not exactly too familiar with traditions and the blah as it's my first time playing an Orc, but I'm eager to learn. If your clan is still looking for members and you don't mind having to help a noob every now and then, please feel free to get in touch. I'm not exactly a fan of child RP myself which is why I've decided to go with this type of post - I hope that's okay!

((Feel free to ask any questions you have about orc traditions and culture. As you may have guessed by now, information on individual clans can be found here https://www.lordofthecraft.net/forum/532-clans/ As far as the Blah goes, a recent post was made regarding it now being an optional thing https://www.lordofthecraft.net/topic/133115-ooc-on-blah/ but if you prefer to use the language, it's mostly just butchered English except for the words found here http://wiki.lordofthecraft.net/Blah There was also an orc mega thread that had a lot of cultural information, folklore and legend on it, but there were some out-dated parts, so it got archived, apparently.))

Edit: ((And yeah. That sand wall's a bit of a shame. It was kinda meant to be a temporary thing until a better defense could be built there, but I think people just kinda forgot about it.))
