How did you find out about Lord of the Craft?: I was looking for a good roleplay server and I was scrolling through a list of servers and then this server caught my eye. So, I am here applying.

Definitions:

What is roleplaying?: When someone changes the way the act to take on a different role in a different place.

What is metagaming?: When a player knows something and tries to do something that the character does not know. For example, when a player is being attacked and they message you OOC. This can be used for personally gaining/advantages.

What is powergaming?: When a player attacks another player and doesn't give them a chance to react or fight back and makes it unfair.

Character’s name: Kharis Vhauldon

Character’s sex: Male

Character’s race: Wood Elf

Character’s age: 48

Biography  (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.): Kharis Vhauldon began his life as the son of an archer and an author. Their house was on the edge of Laureh'lin. His Father taught him how to use a bow and how to strategize efficent plans. His mother taught him different types of writing and some of the elven language. He still had to do hard work, but he loved his parents with all his heart. Kharis also went to the Grand Harvest Festival one year and he loved it and so did his parents. His Father also helped make some bows and arrows for the military. One day, his father got a letter in the mail and he chose  to go to war. A few weeks later, three men showed up at his door and they told his mother that her husband had been killed in action. He was killed during the Battle of Leyulin. Kharis would've chose to go to war, but his mother "insisted" that he stayed at the house with her. She didn't want to lose his only son as well. Kharis has always been afraid of what the High Elves and the Dark Elves could do because he never knew if they killed his father, or someone else did. His mother helped create and enforce the martial law in Athera, before the moved to Vailor, so a new governor of Silver City could be appointed. She helped create some of the treaties during wars as well.

Kharis managed to cope with the fact he would never see his father again. His mother still taught him grammar, but she was never the same after the news she had received about her husband. She would never go into his shed to go grab something with crying for 15 minutes. That's why Kharis always had to go and fetch whatever she needed. For his 39th birthday, his mother got him a bow and some arrows to train with. He practiced everyday, forging his tragic pathway until he has reached where his pathway is now, searching Vailor for answers that just lead to more questions. He also trots around Vailor to learn more about other races and what their specialties are.

Personality Traits: Friendly, Helpful, Wise, Lenient, Obedient, Honest

Ambitions: Skilled Archer, Shopkeeper, and  an Author

Strengths/Talents: Archery, Writing, Strategizing, Farming, and Helping.

Weaknesses/Inabilities: Does not like to be a burden, doesn't like to steal, hates to lie, magical properties, not good at melee, not good at disguising, and the fear of dark elves and high elves.
