Can't get into old account after website update

As the title says, I haven't forgotten my username or password, just after the update I can't log in on my account. Username's ericknon, display name is colaone1.

You can message me on the skype name that's on that profile if that's evidence that it's my account, not too sure how else to. Already requested a change of password for the account but I still can't get in.

The account is my forum account not my mc in case someone thought otherwise.
