Overland 349 Share Posted September 27, 2015 (edited) Joachim de Bar merely stands in shock upon hearing the news of his father’s passing, and it is not long before he breaks down and weeps. Afterwards he'd go to find his brother. Edited September 27, 2015 by Overland
Fireheart 2777 Share Posted September 27, 2015 Franz would let out a low sigh at the news. "This is no way to deal with our problems.." He would stand from his chair and step out into the open air of the mountain pass. "The cycle has come around once again and has repeated itself. It shall never come to a fruitful end...never." Franz would glance up to towards the sky and offer his grandest nod ever in respect to his fallen friend.
Travista 1361 Share Posted September 27, 2015 Jaeger Obermeier, a husk of his former, younger, stronger form fought bravely against the assassins though that mattered not as the ancient man was cut down muttering, "Ave de Bar..." in a raspy, aged voice thick with his Hanseatic accent.
Delrof 381 Share Posted September 27, 2015 Ragnars regularly solemn countenance takes one of a somber nature, his already dull orbs glistening with a subdued sadness, he'd look out from the balcony of his proud keep, his wife stood behind him with their newborn son in her arms. He looked to her though all he could see was the day of his wedding, the late King a Duke, acting in stead of Ragnars father, he looks out once more, buckling under the weight of the news bestowed upon him, he mutters alone to himself"I failed you.. I should of been zhere, my King.. zhis could of been prevented, I vas meant to protect you.."With that last open thought he produced a steel arm-ring, one which was meant to be gifted on the wedding of his mentor and friend through utmost respect.

YouKnowItsJuno 269 Share Posted September 28, 2015 In her chambers high in the palace outside Felsen, a fair creature dressed in black sat in a large chair facing the window. Outside, the world was dark - a place of desolation and despair despite the bustling city below. The lady who sat there gazed out at the scene, watching as the universe continued after her own had stopped. The door creaked open, and a nurse entered with a little toddler. He ambled clumsily over to his mother's knee draped in dark silk, tugging on it to get her attention. She did not turn her face to him, but she laid one delicate hand on his raven-colored curls. Not a tear formed at the corner of her eye or rolled down her cheek. She could hear the nurse talking to her, but she felt far, far away. It came out as a distant murmur, one she cannot hear; she didn't answer. She just stared out at the lights, at the sliver of moon obscured in clouds. The Queen did not know if she could wake up if she fell asleep, so she sat and continued to stare numbly out the window to think of her friend and lover lost.
GloriaPreussens 798 Share Posted September 29, 2015 (edited) Aulfr weeps bitter tears, months later. He lost a dear friend, and there was no remedy for such a pain. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yzTuBuRdAyA&list=PLhz5JaH2j8f_oSjv-2uhqzHEefvijCIIb&index=103 Edited September 29, 2015 by XHipsterAtheistX
