A large tome laced with silver sits on a pedestal in the Eternal Library, open to all who enter. However before you continue onto the written words, you cannot help but notice the detailed painting which had been placed onto one of the pages in the hefty book, illustrating the Silver Council’s meeting.

The following missive inside is written carefully and with a practiced hand, reading thusly:

Council Meeting of Elheial’thilln, 10th of The Amber Cold, 1526.
———
“Maehr’sae Hiylun’ehya, Mali’aheral of Haelun’or. Eloem Heial’mali’Larihei ito narne. Il’karim eluthrir tiuth ito narne’ne’ehya elthill’ehya thilln ito marmaheral fiyem.” -Taeleh Elibar’acal

Present:

♦ Tilruir’indor Aiera Seregon

Tilruir’leyun Vallel'Yuln Aeléyèlsa

Tilruir’tir Elwyn Izalith

Tilruir’nor Ikur Seregon

Tilruir’lliran Luther Sullas

Absent:

Tilruir’mali - Absent due to lack of an appointed individual.

Maheral Iatrilemar Elervathar - Absent due to personal tardiness.

Addressed Topics:

1. Newly elected Tilruir were introduced before the citizenry, a personal congratulations from Eltilruir’indor to all of them.

2. Eltilruir’indor Aiera Seregon took the podium to discuss the disappearance and theft of the books in the Eternal Library.

a. It was promised that there are suspects and that the council is working hard to regain the stolen knowledge.

b. Eltilruir’indor went on to say she is planning to procure books within the coming weeks using a helpful donation of Mina by an anonymous citizen.

“However! Do not believe that we are to simply sit still and wait until the offender is brought to justice.”
-Tilruir’indor Aiera Seregon

3. Eltilruir’lliran Luther Sullas took the podium to discuss our vassal status under the Holy Oren Empire.

a. Orenia crowned their new Emperor, a Horen by birth, says Luther Sullas.

b. He reportedly intends to meet with His Imperial Majesty in an undetermined amount of time.

4. Eltilruir’nor Ikur Seregon took the podium to discuss matters of land, settlement and agriculture.

a. Ikur Seregon intended to lease land to national parties, and though he was interrupted by Taeleh Elibar’acal he was later informed that required a council vote to the utter embarrassment of Eltilruir’indor. Further discussion is to be made on this.

b. Taeleh Elibar’acal put forth a proposition with similar intents, stating he wished to establish another settlement of Mali’aheral on a nearby island. After much discussion, it was eventually granted by the council and Eltilruir’leyun Vallel'Yuln Aeléyèlsa is overseeing the construction of the new settlement, dubbed ‘Fi’Ceru.’

c. “I have recently tilled soil for carrot planting. I should hope that our farmers will see to its maintenance and harvest so that our resident breeders might make us more horses for cavalry operations.” -Tilruir’nor Ikur Seregon
Farmers are to hopefully comply to Eltilruir’nor’s wishes.

5. Eltilruir’leyun Vallel'Yuln Aeléyèlsa took the podium to discuss her construction plans, a brief report.

a. Apart from formally agreeing to oversee the construction of Fi’Ceri, Vallel'Yuln Aeléyèlsa stated that she would be working on the finalization of the central island, which she revealed that the plans of which were not drawn up previously. Eltilruir’indor refrains from comment.

b. The repurposing of unused living space is also a possible notion, says Eltilruir’leyun.
“Excellent, Tilruir’leyun.” -Tilruir’lliran Luther Sullas

6. Finally, Eltilruir’tir Elwyn Izalith took the podium after some hesitation to discuss Elsillumir reformations and other topics.

“By Larihei’s grace, Elwyn, use the fanciful high podium.”

-Tilruir’nor Ikur Seregon

“Just step up here, Tilruir’tir. Please.”
-Tilruir’indor Aiera Seregon

a. Eltilruir’tir began by giving a public apology to Seth Calith for unjustly punishing him, a fault she admitted was completely on her part, and that he was ‘only made an example before Elmali’thill.’ To Elwyn Izalith’s likely relief he accepted the apology on the condition that she would act more justly in the future. Let us hope Eltilruir’tir keeps up her promise.

“Oh Larihei, I’ve never said those words before.”

-Tilruir’tir Elwyn Izalith mid-apology.

b. The discussion continued with her announcement that Eltilruir’tir Elwyn Izalith will indeed be reforming Elsillumiran once again, and that she will improve upon any inefficiencies of the previous reform.

c. Notably Eltilruir’tir promises that she will expand Elsillumiran both within and outside of the Citadel.

Thus concludes the first Council Report of Elheial’thilln.

Maehr’sae Hiylun’ehya, Mali’aheral.

-Aiera Seregon, Tilruir’indor of Haelun’or
