Sky 0 Share Posted October 11, 2015 Every time I log onto the server it takes a good couple minutes for everything to load, then for the next three to five minutes when I am running to where I need to go, I get rubber banded around or simply lag back a good fifty blocks or more. Then, if I am in an area with three or more people (that I haven't stood in for ten minutes prior), the chat tends to take sometime to load or simply lag out. Now my internet is not the best but I sure don't remember this happening until recently and my internet hasn't gotten worse over the time. Nekkore 641 Share Posted October 11, 2015 As far as I'm concerned you said 'every day' and so far I have not suffered this experience everyday. It is most likely your internet and not the server. If you think your internet is fine try to look for back ground download etc etc. If you think it's not your internet and it is your computer, it may be the specs of it. Hope this helps! ScreamingDingo 20568 Share Posted October 11, 2015 It's the Australian connection to the server, it's absolutely atrocious at this current stage and I believe every Australian will have this problem. Stag 3234 Share Posted October 11, 2015 If we are being honest I was able to log in during the month of september maybe 10% of the time. That is not me exaggerating either. I literally faced DC-ing at least 1-3 times an hour which made playing LOTC a serious hassle. It has gotten better since then but I personally still DC at least 1-3 times every play session. There is a solution somewhere but I don't know what it is. I have been asking for a fix to whatever is going on since the beginning of september and I hope it is being looked into because I know that if it is affecting my log-in time then it must be having a negative effect on our playerbase too. leave me alone 995 Share Posted October 11, 2015 Please don't give us the excuse of "the ddos protection is being ddosed!11" because the idea of someone ddosing something for two consecutive months seems highly unrealistic to me.This is absolutely terrible, and I doubt the problems been fixed because theres like 0 Non american/britbong staff in the upper echelon of LotC command. 2 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
