Tiny Pictures in Sig don't Work

Nature: Strange message when trying to put a small picture in my signature.

First Occurrence: ~9:20 US Central Time

Actions: I've had a tiny picture of TehLulu's old skin's face for about a year now. I tried to add another small picture of similar size and I received this message upon hitting save, which does not let me change my signature at all.

Frequency: Every time I try to add the second image or try to save the original signature.
