Following investigation of the Mubarizun’s involvement within the recent battle, the Aulic council has presented an order to the Caliph of Khalestine.

 

Vandoria was founded on the principles of neutrality and that of free enterprise. Ever since the Ducal wars our men and women have changed their attitudes towards the outside world. The Caliphate swore an alliance with Savoie and aided in the destruction of the rebel forces, only to have their efforts deemed seemingly useless via the act of absolution. Thus, the men and women of Vandoria were granted the ability to sell their blades and skills in exchange for coin, proper compensation for any future aid.

    Despite this simple premise, the Mubarizun has abused the system Vandoria has set in place. Using bribes and conscription, the Mubarizun rallied a force to attack the nation of Oren in defense of Urguan based on the ideals of a treaty made years ago during the reign of the Caliph. However, this is no longer the era of the Caliph. Vandoria has taken its place and such actions perpetrated by the Mubarizun is intolerable. The conscripts of the Mubarizun spoke sedition and even used slurs to describe the government as they rallied for war whilst women referred to the Dictator as a “pissant”.

 

This vulgarness and hatred does not resemble neutrality. A true example of neutrality is that of Harold Winter, the lord of the disgusting realm of Herendul, who has even decided to take a path of neutrality and even fought on the side of Man. Despite Vandoria itself accepting filthiness, it requires true maturity to put aside old grievances.

 

Vandoria is a neutral nation, and thus to ensure the peace of the realm, the High Dictator proclaims that the Mubarizun is to pull out of the conflict in its entirety in favor of neutrality. The Mubarizun has in turn provided a clear and present danger to the stability of the nation due to its actions. Should the men and women of the realm wish to continue fighting this war, they have been given permission to aid either the forces of Dunamis or Hallowvale in mercenary endeavors. Dunamis has broken no federal laws, and therefore is exempt from this proclamation.

 

Let it be known that should reports surface of Mubarizun fighting in this upcoming battle, tallies will be collected and capital punishment shall be distributed to the fullest extent.
